They only care when they know that's probably the last, best shot at playing on all star weekend, outside of Euro-league.

Could the DPE be used to trick Wade out of retirement? You need a shot maker, pick and roll guy, playoff experience?

Westbrook playing out of his mind against us vs. not playing at all against PHX.
Shooting 45% (19 made 3's) against us vs. shooting 23% (11 made 3's) against PHX.

Only one team in the history of the league has won a championship using the 3 ball as the primary weapon. GS won one and lost one that way.... then Durant showed up and they relied less on the 3 as the primary option.

Houston will not get far IMHO. They will have WOW games and they will get blown out. We didn't lose that game because they shot lights out.... we lost it because we couldn't score and we blew the matchups at the end of the game. In a playoff series we take them in 5.

I stumbled on video of the 1997 Bulls/Heat ECF series and watched a lot of it... Left me wondering if MJ isn't a little over-rated.

The defense they played on him was comically bad. All single coverage, tons of space to shoot and if you breathed on him, he went to the line.

I've never been a huge MJ fan, but I kinda got hyped when I found the clip to watch vintage MJ. But I was left a little Meh by it. Didn't help that his shot was off for a lot of the series.

I hope clippers add Reggie Jackson. That locker room needs a tinder to burst into flames.

Gary Trent Jr. has the makings to be a legit 2-way Bobby Jackson type of contributor. Liking how he plays.

Wind-wurst is burping about Embiid potentially being on the future trading block due to lack of fit with Ben Simmons.

https://basketball.realgm.com/wiretap/257178/Rival-Teams-Starting-To-Prepare-For-Possibility-Of-76ers-Trading-Joel-Embiid

True or not it begs the question, whom would we offer as fair trade? Is he desirable? I don’t think I’d want him here unless for dirt cheap, like McGee and DMC.

They’d demand Kostas and I’m not doing that. He’s doing work in the G league, would be perfect next to Ben.

Embiid has got to go Full Shaq. Forget the perimeter. Just totally dominate the interior, and force teams to double.

So... Leonard and George lost to the Sixers in Philly. Are we still as scared of them? Their little road trip isn't going well.

People act like Jordan was getting clubbed every time he took it to the rim in the late-90s, but whenever I watch old games from this era, I get the same impression you do. He was getting superstar calls on seemingly every other trip down the floor.

They're still better than us. At this point we gotta hope someone takes them out before we meet in the playoffs.

The thing about the hobos is that they get all hyped up for us and we just meh about them and other top teams.
The playoffs are a different animal and I’m not sure the hobos can keep up the adrenaline for a full series. They may burn out.
We have only shown in small bursts what we can be in the playoffs then we take the foot off the gas. So I don’t know if we can do it for a series, but we do have Lebron’s experience to carry and maintain the adrenaline.
