Massive game by Ben tonight he was the anchor of that win. Kawhi gonna Kawhi but Ben made him earn every point he scored tonight. Triple double and energy on both sides of the court.

Shame we missed out on cashing him for DLo...ey?

Simmons hit a 13ft jump shot in today’s win against the clippers?

Ben is on the cusp of superstar status. He will be a top 10 player by the start of next season.

He's a top 10 player right now if he just starts shooting open shots. I don't care how many he makes.

There is no way we can trade this guy.

He’s slowly becoming my favorite player.

Guys, I need some explanations..

You told me that Ben PnR with Biid around the rim wouldn’t work.

I’d like to remind you that you heard how promising this action from me, first.

It "worked" because Simmons hit some crazy off-balance layups. If he can do that consistently then I'll agree with you.

Video of Simmons hitting 8 straight threes yesterday popping up.

I don’t think theres a player Going around anywhere that has as much impact on a game without shooting the ball outside 10 feet. He is first team all D and moving his way up the list of best players in the league. If he can push Sixers far into the playoffs then I think it’s very possible we see Ben Simmons as a top 10 nba player by the end of this season. His defence is game winning right now.

That mid-range jumper he hit was sweet as hell. That's all I want to see from Ben tbh...at least shoot from mid-range three or four times per game so it can become part of your arsenal moving forward..then after that he can focus on the three.

I could be happy with that too. Mainly because, it at least makes him more of a threat as a scorer. Pushing out to the 2nd level. I would be ecstatic if he would at least really try a floater from within the free throw line. Just get the ball on the rim.

He's taken a great leap, but I'll believe it when I see it through the season and the playoffs with him. That great leap is him believing that he can hit free throws and going through contact. The fact that he's hitting free throws is why you are seeing him really hit 20 each night. I've always said that's the main thing with him.

That guy's defense is why he may be one of my favorite players though. It's amazing.

The fact that his FT% has increased over the course of this season is super encouraging. I don’t know if you can extrapolate that to jump shot progression, but it’s a great start. I think Ben is smart and talented enough to know it will have to be a part of his arsenal someday.

Not that it means much, but I'd like to see him take a few jumpers during the ASG.

For whatever reason his 3 point shooting form looks much more fluid than his ft or mid range form which look plain bad.

That's how I've felt all along as well. Making FT's is allowing him to be more aggressive going to the rim, and the next step is to take those short jumpers from the elbows and those floaters in the lane.

I don't need him being a spacer and sitting in the corner nearly as much as him creating mayhem every time he has the ball in the half court. Can you imagine the impact on our offense when and if Ben can come off a screen with the option of passing, going to the cup, or taking the 15-footer they give him? That's the definition of unstoppable. The 3's will follow eventually.
