Bonga shouldn't be at just 20 minutes either. Ideally, there is an almost even time-share at the SF between TBJ and Bonga for 24 minutes a piece. Robinson didn't prove anything yesterday but Brooks kept riding him instead of TBJ. It was odd coaching choices.

Robinson hasn't looked bad. Attacked the boards really well (9 rebounds in 18 minutes??), made some good passes that won't show up on the stat sheet, and has a 3 in each game. Definitely hasn't looked like he doesn't belong.

The whole 2nd unit has been out of sync the past 2 games for obvious reasons. They'll get better with chemistry.

The Zards and Brooks are rightfully trying to develop young players and see where (and if) a guy like Robinson fits in by giving him an opportunity to perform...and that means giving him quality minutes. I have no problem with that approach.

We already have a pretty good idea what we have in Troy Brown. He's almost always the first player off the bench, along with Bertans.

I think those who think Robinson has played to the detriment of Brown are right. But it is what it is and Brown being the swiss army knife is going to have to figure out how to fit in.

What I do like is the combo of Smith and Napier. Yeah, Napier had some bad TOs and missed some passes - but I think he is still getting used to his teammates (do I have to give the same consideration for Robinson?).

And Bonga and Wagner were very active.

I thought that Smith was actually the difference maker in the game. And on the defensive side of the ball :o
