Seattle Supersonics did it in back to back years( 86-87 and 87-88) with Dale Ellis, Xavier McDaniel and Tom Chambers.

Not sure if that dude's looking at per-36 stats, but he's not correct.

Updated.

Forgot how good Ellis was in his prime.

Is there a minimum games played requirement we're looking at for this? It's obviously easier to do the more games missed by top scorers(ex the Raptors 5 players with 15+ is boosted by 6 of their top 7 rotation players missing at least 10 games).

Also somewhat surprised the mid-80s Lakers never achieved this feat, considering they had Magic/Worthy/KAJ and played at an insane pace. They got close in 1985-86, with Worthy and Abdul-Jabbar averaging 20 ppg, but Magic just missing the cut at 19 ppg.

That doesn't surprise me much. Magic wasn't a great volume scorer until well after Kareem was an elite player. I actually was more expecting Magic/Scott/Worthy might have done this in the late 80's, but I guess not.

Pretty sure you missed a whole bunch of Nugget teams from the 1980’s.

close, in 2005 jamison had 19.6 PPG while hughes and arenas were over 20. in the next couple seasons jamison was just short again of arenas/caron butler/jamison all getting 20 PPG.

Initial thought was you missed the clippers but Lou is at 19.5 and Morris is at 19. Close to 4 but not quite 3.

Cousins, Gay, and Isaiah Thomas were pretty unguardable. Unfortunately we had Ben McLemore in the starting lineup, which killed us. See video below. If that trio was kept together and Ben was replaced, I have no doubt they would've gotten into the playoffs. Michael Malone expressed a similar feeling some years later.

Sacramento sort of close:

Buddy 20.4
Fox 19.7
Barnes 14.5
Bogdan 14.4
Bagley 14.2
Holmes 13.1
Bjelica 12.3

Incorrect to count Morris’s Knicks figures since the whole point is putting up 20 at the same time .

But yeah I think Lou PG and Kawhi have a great chance

Jazz may get there this year. Just need to play Conley a bit more.

Mitchell - 24.3
Bogdanovic - 21.0
Clarkson - 16.2
Gobert - 15.6
Conley - 13.5

1983 Sixers were so very close, Moses 24.5, Dr. J. 21.7, Andrew Toney 19.7.
