Singing the N word as a coach

What would happen if a white player or coach was sing along and used the N word?

Iam asking this because i was really suprised that a dutch coach got in trouble in the usa for sing along
with his players and using the n word.


If using a racial just a big deal in the usa why are black american ( and others) comfortable with supporting, promoting and getting a pay check from the red football team.( i will not use that word if i cant use n word iam not using the r word).
