Re: Was AG Robbed?
Derrick Jones Jr could probably have cleared Tacko without much trouble.

I remember 11-30 with these guys. ^

The GB seems to disagree with you so far. Still a lot of time and people could change their vote whenever, but, it looks like how I thought it would early on. Also, I gave DJJ credit on the first under the legs, was meh about the second under the leg, then said "again?" After the third. Lavine's ft line dunk was much better than DJJ's.

Also
Gordon/Lavine > Gordon/DJJ
And it isn't even close. The announcers trying to hype it like it was the greatest since Jordan vs Nique, nah it was the greatest since Gordon vs Lavine.
2016>2020 in terms of dunk contest for sure.
Jones Jr just did the same dunk over and over again basically .

It can't be in that goat conversation when it took him 3-4 tries to finish the dunk

But he didn't take that challenge on. He stuck to his comfort zone moves

I wholeheartedly disagree. Seems like everyone today can do an inside the line windmill dunk though. A G-leaguer literally did a much better one in an actual game this season for the Suns affliate team.

Robbed twice now.
The first time was worse but this one, I thought he still deserved it because he was trying to be creative.
Nothing against Derrick Jones Jr, but most of his dunks looked so similar to each other.
And side note: not only is jumping over people getting old but teams should not be allowing their players to stand their and risk a serious back or neck injury by accident. It's just not worth it.

It took him 2. Fultz messed up the pass the first time. It was actually a difficult and different dunk too. Not like the under the leg dunk spam his competitor had tonight.

Yes. F this F'ing bull ****. The NBA needs to completely rethink this contest. You can't have the **** russian judge over there (Wade) throwing it to his guy from the heat just because. That's crap. Come up with some sort of objective criteria or something. This runaway 50 giving is worthless.

This was way more of a robbery than 2016.
LaVine’s between the legs from the foul line in 2016 was way better than Jones Jrs multiple iterations of between the leg dunks he did tonight . And Gordon should have won in 2016 but this one was way more blatant

AG was robbed.
Lavine's final dunk was better than Gordon's.
Cannot say the same for DJJ, and AG had straight 50s prior to the final dunk.

i think the judges planned to have it a tie by having two guys put a 9. But someone dropped the ball.
So take your pick, Scottie, Chadwick for Dwade

Re: Was AG Robbed?
You guys are silly. Aaron Gordon only jumped above Tacko Fall's shoulder. He could have gotten hurt. Jones's last dunk wasn't very impressive (he should have jumped from midcourt, right?), but at least he didn't flub it.

I remember 11-30 with these guys. ^

Obviously Wade. I bet he heard 2 of them say they were doing 9's and slipped one in too to get his boy the win. No way to confirm it unless one of the other 4 come out and say it. Which they won't.

Re: Was AG Robbed?
Gordon should have won from the Fultz assisted dunk. This is why you always give the previous contestant less than a perfect score (regardless of how good they performed) so a tie doesn't result.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

After this post season, at 24, he will already have played in more playoff games then Shareef Abdul Rahim.

50 point scoring system should be scrapped in the finals.
It should be judges vote. Each judge to decide who is the dinner. 3 out of 5 wins
