I'm not feeling Chance at all personally but he definitely put on for his city and gave a proper show. Aubrey really dropped the ball hard when we hosted ASG as far as showcasing Toronto culture and music to the world goes

I'm willing to bet the NBA didn't want to pay his astronomical performance fee and he didn't want to put any other Toronto cats on that might steal some of his shine

The thing is, at least they got hometown successful artist Chance to perform at halftime (sprinkled with other pop culture stars) but just 4 years ago in Toronto, we got.....just... Sting? Even 4 years ago there were so many successful artists from Canada and Toronto that they got....Sting...to preform? We won't get another all-star game in Toronto for at least 20 years and that was our only chance basically.

I do understand that it is the "NBA's" decision as really the whole all-star weekend is organized by the NBA. But still, why do that to us? our first all-star game and really only all-star game a lot of us might see in our lifetime in Toronto. This was the first all-star game in Chicago since 1988, so what, we might next get an all-star game in 32 years?
