Kyrie voted VP of the NBPA. Jaylen must be psyched to work with him again.

Got a weird feeling the 76ers deal Simmons this offseason.

Once they fire Brown, Brand moves into their impatient ownerships crosshairs. Brand isnt a good GM and will make a move this summer to buy himself more time on the job. Brand thinks he’s a good GM, though, and he’s gonna be prone to making a sucker move. Could also see Simmons forcing the issue if Brown is fired as the two are very close and I cant see Simmons as eager to accept a role different than the one he currently has.

lmao he made it 50 games into a 5 year contract before this came out. Good for him, he can take Gilbert's money and go back to college, not have to deal with point guards who can't pass and Tristan Thompson. Imagine if LeBron were born somewhere besides Cleveland and they didn't luck into several #1 overall picks, this would be the biggest jokes of a franchise in all of professional North American sports (worse than the Browns even).

But I don't buy that he'd walk away, he'd have to be fired, right? Who would turn down 3+ more years of an NBA coach salary? I don't know what he was making at Michigan, but I think it was only the last few years he started making serious money. Just go into work every day, maybe accidentally call the players slugs every once in a while and collect that check.

Imagine if, in 2013, Ainge decided to sign a 66 year old college coach to lead his rebuild of castoffs and young players. Yikes.

The problem in trading for Simmons is that one doesn't know where his head will be at. So it would be tough for Philly to get another young, all-star caliber player for him.

So, there's a real chance Kyrie only came back because he thought playing those games would be enough to get him into the all-star game.

Great minds. This is from the night reserves were picked.

So if the Nets make the playoffs, do you think Kyrie will attend any of the games in person, or will he just watch at home on TV?
