Take this with a big grain of salt but interesting nonetheless.

Lol. Explains the surgery for a deviated septum, as well as the mood swings.
Also, this gives some of his rants some context at least. Dude was experiencing coke dreams.

Well it would certainly explain the gobbledygook language that goes nowhere. But it sounds like some bullshnitz

Also explains why Kyrie wanted to go home. Maybe he has some connections that can provide what he is looking for.

Kyrie Irving, worth 200 million dollars, just can't get that Brookyln yayo anywhere else.
I don't want to say I hope this is true, but it would be pretty hilarious. How much coke do you need to do to get to the point where it has a deleterious effect on your knee and shoulder health?

It's likely crap but I had to share it, nothing is going on during this break.
BTW no way in hell this man is on anything, no way. Completely clean family man home in Brooklyn with dad and the daughter.
Think I'll try to follow Perkins advice, of course we know he is going to have a tough time keeping his word. (as will I)

Imagine what a trip it'd be to talk to Irving while he's coked out of his mind. And yea this does make a lot of sense, tbh.
Good assessment:
PLO wrote:Tatum played OK - took advantage of a few mismatches - decent on the defensive end. He is what we thought he was going into the season - a technically very proficient player operating close to his career ceiling as a rookie.

I think he'll just snort coke at home and write weird things on instagram and twitter. After the Nets get dropped, he'll proceed to say how the "talent isn't enough".

Man, I think these takes are awful. That youtube vid was posted in July, offeason. As someone who has snorted a line the length of a DVD case, it doesn't seem like he is super coked up there. That line was in my much younger years. Now I do coke maybe 4 times a year if that.
I don't like Kyrie. But my dislike of him as a player was not related to this. It was based on what I saw as his lack of leadership and mercurial personality (as someone else has posted).
Kyrie is an all time weird dude, incapable of being the defacto leader. But that is because of his personality, not coke.
This is unnecessary demonization. Kyrie can be the 2nd best player on a title team, one of the most talented ball handlers to ever play the game. You can't rely on him to lead your team. If KD recovers 100% (and I hope he does) the Nets are going to be scary.
I also think we'll still beat them. We lack depth but our starters will be across the board better.

I said I was gonna stop talking ab Kyrie’s mental health as I’m not a doctor and it’s something that I’ve seen family and friends battle through. I think guy on Twitter insinuating a drug habit is pretty lame and if he’s gonna drop a bombshell like that he should provide context and or something that can provide fact.
Kyrie is gone. It’s fair game to criticize his fails on the basketball court and or lack of leadership but we don’t need the National inquirer like stories. Let him rot away in New Jersey IMO

This is how I feel too. He’s gone, lets move on and stop roasting him.
We should keep roasting Nets fans, though— **** those guys.

I have enough friends who do it. Coke dreams are funny to listen to if I've just blazed........but if it happens to be one of those nights where I'm doing rails, I'm usually the one spitting weird things. Lol

Okay fine I am done roasting and will not post weird twitter stuff. It's so hard not to roast though. Perkins and I gonna have a tough time.

Will think of better things to post.
Man it's great how OKC is doing well this year in a tough conference. I am really excited for them and their fans.

Haha as a fan and here on an Internet forum, I understand us or people talking about but that guy on twitter to drop a bombshell like that should have some sort of obligation to provide facts.

OKC hasn't skipped a beat. As much as I despise Chris Paul for being a dirty player/d-bag, I do admire how he's remained professional during the whole matter and has changed his attitude. He's not out there destroying SGA, Schroder or Adams if they mess up. He's being more of a leader. And Presti was just a genius when he pulled off those trades. Guy took advantage of 2 very desperate teams. I expect them to be a player the next time a young star player demands out. They have an insane amount of assets, and I suspect those Rockets picks are going to be very valuable at some point.

Re: Around the NBA (Non-Celtics) 2019-2020 Part II
John Beilein walking away from $12m just to get away from the Cavs is pretty bonkers. Guess college coaches make a pretty penny too, but damn, must be nice to be able to say no to that kinda cheese.
Suppose this is a pretty untenable situation... but I woulda held out for a payout!

Also this article confirms that Carsen's breakout game against the Cavs was relatively fools gold. Still had to hit the shots, but they were not even close to an NBA-caliber program at that point.

Instead, multiple players began playing songs that included the word “thug” whenever Beilein was within earshot, sources said: Bone Thugz-n-Harmony’s “Thuggish Ruggish Bone” and Tupac’s “Thugz Mansion” among them. As the team boarded the bus a few days after the incident, one player was intentionally playing Trick Daddy’s “I’m a Thug” with Beilein a few feet away. Other players blasted songs with the word “thug” loudly during workouts in the facility. Players did this to make light of a very tough situation, according to one team source.
