Yes, because innocent people usually settle out of court for millions of dollars when they're innocent. Say things in public indicating they did things that night that the victim didn't want.

And women who've been raped drop charges for a quick payout instead of seeing their rapists suffer behind bars, right? Talk about seeing things from one side while ignoring all the facts.
