Whatever, if guys are sick than Nurse could have minimized their minutes and he chose not to. It's not like Boucher wasn't having a good game or anything.

So McCaw didn't even play but gave two starters the flu?

Wesley Mathews is literal trash and is no where near the level impact player brogdon. When the defense locks down in the playoffs, Bucks are gonna miss another perimeter scorer because both bledose and Middleton are both gonna choke
Oh they will.
When the game slowed down for Bledsoe, all he had was a straight line drive to the basket. Several times he couldn't finish or was just plain terrible shot. Other time he got bailed out by Ibaka's off night. Historically, Bledsoe just doesn't make great decisions in half-court and goes full Clayton Kershaw in the playoffs. George Hill is to be feared more than Bledsoe in tight games
They really are going to miss Brogdan's ability to create his own shot and for others.

Mccaw keeps affecting the Team even when he's not playing.

yeah 100%. Outside of Giannis, Brogdon was their most consistent player throughout the series.
Wesley Mathews is just a catch and shoot player who jacks up random shots.

Only time McCaw makes a team impact on the stat sheet is a DNP-FLU............

Re: PG: Nurse and Starters all star caliber choke job
Another thing to consider the Raptors are playing high level defense on Giannis and closing out on shooters
that takes a lot of effort and energy and could tire you out on the offensive end.
With Gasol back he can concentrate on clogging the paint against Giannis and OG can primarily zone in
on Middleton.
Also I hope FVV is running suicides in practice today for that absolutely nonsensical ridiculous low percentage
3 point jack early in the shot clock after that crucial steal.

Siakam only 6 rebounds in 38 mins. In fact our entire starting lineup didn't rebound well one bit
That kills us
That kills us

I was fine with yesterdays game. We played Giannis well, missed some open shots, Serge shat the floor, but in a 7 game series, I think we showed enough yesterday (still missing 2 huge rotation pieces) to feel comfortable. I still think the Bucks are overall better, but I don't see any reason we couldn't win a series, and yesterday didn't change that.

There is 100% a stomache bug, I had it and my wife and son too last week, throwing up and diarrhea for 2 or 3 days then ok again slowly
Plus the leafs had it over the past few weeks if I'm not mistaken

It's not just Pascal. In today's NBA when so many 3s are being taken, guards need to step up on the boards.
There's no excuse in a game like this for guys not being boxed out. Divincenzo and Bledsoe had 5 offensive rebounds! It's been a problem all year. You can't get out in transition if you don't have the ball.

Not enough offensive talent to match our defensive grit, so we stall at times.
Need more offensive firepower, still lack a superstar (thanks Kawhi)

Ibaka had it first I think. Then McCaw. Now Lowry apparently. I say let's have them all exchange bodily fluids now. Let's start Matt Thomas and Oshae Brissett vs the Hornets while everyone else gets the bug out of their system.

Re: PG: Nurse and Starters all star caliber choke job
Thinking back to some of the games we lost to superstar players. NN always did some serious experimenting, almost at the expense of trying to win the game.
The game at the clippers, the rockets game, and last nights game come to mind. Although last night the shots not falling played a bigger part.
There has to be a method to his madness. Almost like after Kawhi left, the coaching staff got together and started scheming early for how to beat the best teams when you don't have a superstar. Has to be on the defensive end. Anyone else feel this way...
Let the bucks fans enjoy another meaningless win, I trust NN and a healthy veteran team to execute in April/May

Came for the massive overreactions to a game in February. Not disappointed. Never change Raptor fans.

Instead, for the second year in a row the Bucks get the guy Toronto should have got.
That said, I would have traded RHJ for him and I thought RHJ did really well tonight. Not sure I trust Rondae as a decision maker, but his energy is something the team feeds off of in a Lowry like way.
He immediately signed with the Bucks. There's no reason to believe the Raptors were an option.
You don't think he'd waive Malcolm Miller for Marvin Williams?
Trade for Marvin Williams. Not sign. He was bought out by Charlotte. I pushed for the trade way before the deadline. Prayers not answered.

We can beat any team in playoffs with healthy squat. Nurse just needs to bench those who don't get going at nights. There is always next game for them to show up. It was better to play bench and lose anyways. No point putting Ibaka back in when he is off. If banch players don't get chance now they will never get minutes when we have full seven healthy main guys.

So trades aren't always easily done.
Marvin makes 14 million. How do you get that amount from our roster without giving someone like Norman Powell or FVV?

That wasn't their defense, those were open shots.
Serge was 100% sick as hell last night and played through it. I watched him walk into the tunnel twice. Lowry sprinted to the tunnel, puked, then came sprinting back to the bench. They weren't well and it showed.
Have to credit them for grinding out a game of that intensity. They knew they had to play if their team would stand a chance, and they did.
They'll knock those shots down next time.
Good to hear.
Also good to know that Gasol and Norm will be getting many of those open shots, too.
