Cole needed another 2 outs today to reach his pitch limit. Love it.

Makes me sick how the past 2 years we've had a team to do great things with but we'll never know how potentially good we would've been when half the team's been injured.

That's why the Asstros deserve to have their title stripped

I think the Yanks go Monty/Clarke to round out the 4/5 spots and Lasagna gets a bullpen spot.

Rosell Herrera opening up some eyes at camp could have something here, hes got MLB experience and has had some clutch moments.

Not surprising. Seems like every pitcher gets it anyhow but Sale has that herkie-jerky wind-up and throws that hard slider. It just sucks so much these days with all these players going down with injuries all the time. It completely changes or even nullifies all the work and money you put into acquiring/developing the right pieces and it's like Humpty Dumpty

Just think if the Yankees had instead pivoted (literally) to the right they could have traded for this man instead of Stanton:

Would have cost more cause the Yankees wouldn't be looking at taking on a giant contract but how sweet would that have been?

Heck they'd have even been better off just trading for the 3rd Marlins OF'er that was dealt by Jeter that summer

Tanaka pitched 3, struck out 5, 0 hits, 0 walks. Hopefully both of them hit the ground running when the season starts.
