Timberwolves Agree To Buyout Allen Crabbe

The Minnesota Timberwolves have agreed to buyout Allen Crabbe's contract, league sources told Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.


Crabbe, who will be playoff eligible for his new team, is averaging 3.2 points this season.

He played his best basketball in Portland. Probably smart to reach out to them.

Vanterpool was Stotts former assistant coach and is with the Wolves now. Yet the 2 way contract guys outplayed Crabbe and need a guaranteed deal. Maybe he can sign again with the Wolves next season for a very modest contract since he is familiar with he team now.

That’s funny, when they said he would be playoff eligible for whatever team he signs with my first thought was, “is the Chinese league even having playoffs this year?”
