-Former top high school recruit [#9 per RSCI]
-Good frame [6’5 with a 6’11 wingspan]
-Great athlete
-Fantastic defender
-Plays with an incredible motor
Dont see the fit after we added Romeo, but Ainge drafts for BPA, not fit.
The dude is super raw, but if the choice was between him and Romeo, Id have to go with Lewis. Another thing to note on him is his jumper. He is a good FT shooter and the form on his jumper is really good. Again he is still raw, the jumper has too much arc on it, but there is really nothing to tweak about the form itself.
I wouldnt take him with a top 10 pick because of just how raw he is, but if Im sitting late lotto Im taking him and running with no hesitation.
Guessing Ainge has the Mem pick pigeon-holed for him
If I was Ainge, I would too. Here is how I would look at it if I was Ainge
If pick falls 10-14:
top option: Lewis
2nd option: One of the PGs. Hayes/Hampton/Haliburton/Cole
If Memphis makes the playoffs 15-17:
One of those PGs with the addition of Nico and also add in Josh Green
Boston pick:
Jalen Smith, one of the Bey's
Bucks Pick:
Nick Richards, Tre Jones, Diakite
