We need to rally around one another once again and have more guys step up individually and collectively so as to mitigate the absence of those who are still out. Our front court is depleted, but it's next man up. We've done well as underdogs so let's channel our best screw you and rise to the challenge of finishing this last of a three-game home stretch strong.

Jeff McDonald tweeted that LMA tried talking his way onto the court a couple of nights ago, but the medical staff had none of it. So it's next man up. 'Twas ever thus.

I assume DD was asked to facilitate. Still, 0-2 at the half is **** pathetic from a scorer and with LMA out. So it's like the rest of the team has to make up for TWO main scorers. Do better or **** off.

Rudy ISO dribble dribble and shots needs curbing.

Trey is too hot shooting to be deferring shots and being all egalitarian. Get yours when you've got it, Trey!

We need to limit our TOs as well: 10 of them and also giving up 7 steals. Ball protection and preventing the ball from going in to the hands of their hot 3 shooters have to be the D focus in the second half.

0-2 in the first half, 4-8 in the second but with a last second basket uncontested, bad tech taken, bad TO, calling for fouls when he legit got stripped or blocked. "Thanks" DD. Opt out. Right now.

Pop post-game: "We need to get more consistent play out of more players. It's all about being competitive and executing...."

DD: 0-2 in the first half

Pop: "In the second half we competed our asses off... but little things got us execution-wise."

DD: second half, errant drives into multiple defenders, complaining for non-calls when he got stripped, and then flat out turned the ball over at a critical moment late in the game with no one around him from a White inbounds pass.

**** terrible effort and body language for the whole game.

Pop and team mates who rely on him to do the one thing he's supposed to be good at deserve better.

Yeah that just tipped the hat, man. I had previously thought it was all DD's fault, but see now that Derrick looked to be indecisive about whether he was passing to him or Trey, and so here we are. Still, the guy coming to the ball has to keep his eye on the ball and, like, run to it or something, yes? Anywho, he better get his ass in gear. Other guys top to bottom really did what they were supposed to, what we at least expect of them. Save one. Hopefully he will have snapped out if it. If there's something going on in his life that is difficult to deal with, then it's understandable, but if this is just basketball, then I can't wait for the pearl clutching and energy sucking to end.

White hasn't just regressed from last year, he's fallen off the map. He has gone from a guy I was excited about having around to a guy I wouldn't care trading or cutting.

That's 2 highlights in 2 games where he literally clinched a loss by completely not understanding the urgency of the moment and ball safety. I don't know whether to scream at him or hug him for making us lose :lol:

Thing is, he does it A LOT now. Not just at the end of games.

DeRozan was at least cutting to the ball but he is also at fault because he was clueless about securing the ball at that point as well. So what if you don't get a perfect pass? YOU CANNOT TURN THE BALL OVER ON THAT POSSESSION no matter what kind of pass you get.

This is why I HATE this team. They are losers. Winners understand game situations regardless of how talented they are.
