Nuggets started the game with 9-9 threes. Is that all-time record in NBA to start the game without missing the 3pt? BTW percentages in 1st quarter are ridiculous for Denver:
FT% 50%
2p% 45%
3p% 82%
FT% 50%
2p% 45%
3p% 82%

Barton's just GOT to go to the bench, maybe farther IMO. Starts slow, gets killed on D...Jeez !!

73-69 on halftime... 14 threes, 10 turnovers, and 26 assists... crazy stats so far for one single half.

Strong team win against a good TOR team, 8 players in double figures very balanced attack. Joker's next Triple-Double was needed. How the heck did OG get 32 pts ???

Great game with unreal passing(38as) and 3pt%(18-36) shooting. Everything was perfect except defense and MPJ playing time (played once again under 20 minutes despite Millsap was out and Plumlee played just 10 minutes due to foul troubles). The game individually will be remembered for Jokic 23-18-11 triple-double and OG-A(32-7-3-7) career-best performance, but Craig(17p), Harris(6-7), and Powell(24p) also deserved to be mentioned.

Congrats on the win. Raps were shorthanded and played hard, but it seemed like Denver was in control throughout the game.

It was a nice bounce-back game for us, but we really need to full-throttle the next 22 games. We have an above .500 record against the good teams but still have to maintain focus against the dregs. Can easily see 14+ wins on the remaining schedule if we can follow these simple rules which should get us the 2nd seed.

I also see 55+ wins for Nuggets this season, but problem is that the Clippers have a better team now when they stopped with extreme load management, and Rockets which is in the 6-game winning streak now are on the same level as Nuggets, so anything can happen in this 2-3-4 race. Rockets being better with Covington instead of Capela makes that trade even worse, so we do not just lose Beasley and Juancho for nothing for reminding of the season and playoff, but we helped Houston to be better. This reminds me of Nurkic 2017 trade when we helped Portland, the last team in the league we should help that season.

Perhaps I can concede a bit on the Clippers but the small-ball Rockets in the 7-game playoff matchups will be difficult to win using small ball IMO. Covington does help their defense but Capella ALWAYS took it to the Nuggets, so I was glad to see him go. And honestly, we'll only have to face one of the Rockets and Clippers ( probably the Clips IMO ), let the Lakers deal with the other.

Rockets just lost to the Knicks, shows they can be beaten.

I believe that if the Nuggets put the ball in Jokic's hands at the high-post and then do not stand around and watch him, but move and cut and dive for the basket and run the baseline - that if they do that for more than half of the plays in a game; that they can beat anyone!
