anybody seen him more recently? obviously he can shoot....i'd like to see what people who have watched him in the nabdl think. i wish i could watch red claws game, but even though i get the league pass and in-turn NBCSB, they black out red claws games.

one thing that ill mention is that i keep seeing people say that we need a "shooter". i wouldnt be mad at that, but one-trick ponies aren't that valuable, particularly in today's league, where versatility is key.

Bryce Brown is the Red Claws' sniper. He does really well, in that roll.
They're playing tonight at 7pm. You can watch it on NBAGLeague.com

If he's seeing 15 minutes its one of several things: it's the first round, the game isn't close, someone is hurt, or he's playing so well that he should be playing 15 minutes. There are zero buyout guys who would be taking minutes from Wanamaker. From Semi/Langford/Grant? Sure, maybe. But zero guards who are better than Wanamaker.

I agree no buyout guys better. The issue is they couldn’t find someone in the offseason. It is what it is at this point. Just gotta hope starters can go heavy minutes in playoffs

the only thing good about this is Brad "Mr everyone gets even playing time", will have no other choice but to ride the studs. The rotation should absolutely be shorter come playoff time and I would expect at the least, a Pacers series to go 6. Going to be a tough out for sure....Hopefully we claim the 2 seed!

Bryce Brown is an exceptional shooter. He isn't great at anything else and doesn't have outstanding speed, but that shooting is so good he'll get a chance in the NBA sometime.

Yante Maten will too. He can play, but doesn't have the size advantage in the NBA that he has in the G League.

There are 30 teams in the NBA that have passed on giving Bryce Brown even a 10-day contract. There are at least a half dozen 3 point shooters in the G-league who are better than Bryce Brown, starting with Isaiah Canaan, who has NBA experience.

Yante is a good player. The Miami Heat thought so too.

Joakim Noah is actually an interesting player to add for the Clippers. If he sucks, oh well, no big loss, but I think he's probably still a really good defensive center and very good passer. I wonder how they'll fit him into their big rotation if he's still actually good. He hasn't played in almost a full calendar year, I forgot about him entirely.

Teams are still way too hesitant to give guys a chance, though. That's how you have Terence Davis and Kendrick Nunn go undrafted. Teams would much rather take the guaranteed negative in a player like Avery Bradley than take a chance on the maybe super-negative Mychal Mulder. It's one area I've hate about the Ainge experience. He hasn't really used end-of-roster spots for high upside guys that much. Lately he's done well with the euro-signings (Theis, Wanamaker with Poirier still TBD), but why no Christian Wood or Trevon Duval or Bonzie Colson or some other unique/high upside player? He pulled PJ Dozier and then let him go, I'd have taken him over Javonte Green. I mean, usually these guys are going to suck, but sometimes they are Christian Wood.

According the ESPN's Bobby Marks, league is on freeze mode right now when it comes to transactions, meaning we can't sign IT and Jamal Crawford at the moment.
