Ouch. Not a big deal since we were supposed to lose this one anyway but we really missed JJJ when trying to guard the Unicorn.

This game shows why Raptors couldn't get past the Cavs Lebron/Love front court. They had that big nan that can stretch Jonas, that is mobile enough to put the ball on the floor & big enough to play in the paint. That Raptor team were beating the other Eastern teams. Cavs were the only team that could exploit the one clear advantage Raptors had against most of the East.
Once Cavs stretched out Jonas to make him ineffective defensively, DeRozan was outplayed by JR Smith & Kyle Korver on both ends. Instead of putting blame on the star player, Jonas was painted as the problem in his 20mins, when in fact, he was a big reason they beat everyone else to get to that point. Raptors then Star was outplayed by 2 role players on both ends & his defense currently has the Spurs sitting outside the playoffs having joined a 40+ win team that was missing their star player all year, where Jonas & this young Memphis team hold a playoff spot, having joined a 22 win rebuilding team that traded their star player for him as a throw away expiring to land Delon.
Fortunately, Memphis have 3J for matchups like this.
Watch the Raptors Knicks when they had the Unicorn, Raptors were blowing them out by playing Pascal on him & keeping Jonas near the rim on Kanter, where Knicks couldn't draw Jonas out the paint & Zingus couldn't handle Pascal's length, speed & motor on the perimeter.
In short, 3J was definitely missed for this one.
