Just to update - had a call scheduled with the 'cops' at 10:30AM and they were a no show. Very professional, indeed.

Pistons $180/pair SOLD
Warriors $240/pair

Both are way more expensive on resale sites.

Hi all,

Can't make Saturday's game if anyone is interested.

SSH lowerball Section 101 Row 13, close to aisle. Recommended/face is showing $480 for pair currently.

Asking $320. Feel free to PM to discuss, thanks!

Any word from any of our your reps on games being cancelled / held without fans? I tried finding out, but they didn't know. Wondering if there is a refund or if it will just be applied to next season.

another update. they rescheduled the call to 3PM that same day and the rep was a no show. I've been super uneasy the last few days so I tried calling in a few times to figure out why he hasn't gotten in touch with me. The other reps tried getting a hold of him but no show.

I finally got a hold of this clown and he had the nerve to tell me to stop calling in and asking everyone where he is. To add, that he's been busy and hasn't gotten around to call me. How professional, eh? When you setup a time with someone, respect their time...common courtesy.

We jumped on a call the following day and he was very rude. Said there were some indicators that I was a commercial reseller. So I asked him what they were? he said he wasn't prepared to share that with me and wants me to come in to show him proof that I'm not. I repeatedly asked him to bring the 'indicators' forward and then he finally said he doesn't have them with him. So I said, you knew we were having this conversation well in advance after flaking on me a few times. In addition, I also told him that when you accuse someone of committing a crime, it's your responsibility to bring the evidence forward, that's just how it works. Then he's like then help us and tell us you're not doing that. Im like what the eff? how does this make any sense? LOL.

He got a bit upset when I asked for his managers name. I sent them a long e-mail and even cc'd the VP. I don't expect it to go anywhere but I'm going to fight it to the end. I have hard evidence to prove I'm not a reseller. Secondly, I have things on this guy after our conversation that I won't be sharing at this very moment. I recorded the entire conversation of him going back and forth and accusing me of being a reseller. He laughed at me a couple of times and declined to provide his manager's name a few times as well. This is going to be fun. F*** MLSE. I'm willing to go the distance, lose my tickets and make sure no one is treated like this going forward. MLSE needs to be put on blast for their poor corporate structure and their 'privileged employees'

Ultimately, he responded (not ccing his manager or the vp) apologizing for the poor customer service provided. He asked if I can meet so he can discuss in person. Not comfortable doing this! Want everything in e-mail.

Anyone else get the notice that you can credit your un-played games amount to your 2020/21 seasons amount to be paid May 8th, originally deferred from April 8?

Guess this is probably acceptance that there will be no more live games this season. Looks like for many, the amount to be refunded matches about the 20% if you are on the payment plan.

But guess live sports is fan less for a while or cancelled entirely. I personally think it would be sad to have games played with no fans.

Yeah, going to allocate those towards the deposit.

I don't expect any of the remaining games to be played with a home crowd, but if a few are, will deal with it then.

Was really looking forward to that Laker game, though :(

How does it work when some of the remaining games I had already transferred to someone else (not sold through ticketmaster, but sold privately)?

I doubt we see full live crowds until corona is gone or vaccine created. I mean 19,000 people in the crowd when people can still be infected is huge risk.

I wonder once they even allow 25% of crowds back how they will allocate and allow people in -- like what season ticket holders get in and which dont?

I guess the NBA will do a all or none with crowds.

If cancelled I'm sure they will be contacting you as I believe they'll only be eligible for the face value of the ticket, which is likely less than what was paid.

I almost had the same issue but gave the full refund given the uncertainty. Was a few days after the Jazz/OKC cancelled game

Ah ok thanks though I sold a few remaining games to friends at my cost. Just wondering if I would get the credit for those or will it go to the new tickerholder since they own it electronically now.

I doubt they will be sending money to random people you sold to. I would think you get credited and then are expected to refund in full.

Good read, thanks for that.

Actually surprised when I got the email that they were going to defer again.

Given how hard they have gone on stacking up the waitlist over the last few years, I really thought they would just move on if current holders didn't want to re-up (and then just give the credits/refunds separately for this season's unplayed games.)

Haven't been able to reach my rep, but now they have no choice but to call us before the 8th. Lol.

I was already automatically charged my 23% deposit on April 8th and then my monthly charge on the 28th.... Anyone else? I didn't notice until I checked my statement recently as it comes off a credit card I rarely use.

Did you opt in for the initial deferment? Think the email was sent around March 30 but you had to opt in by April 3rd to push the April 8th payment to May 8th (which is now June 8th.) If so then that shouldn't have happened. Otherwise they would have charged as normal. :(

Ohh, thanks for the info! Must've missed the email. It's not a big deal but it is kinda strange that this season is up in the air and they expect us to pay up for next already. Who knows how long this'll all last.....

I don't expect to be attending any games until 2021 personally.

Any what happens if all games next year are with no fans in the arena ? Which is very very possible.

They still keep your deposits ? They ask for more deposits ? When does it end ?

That’s all crap, they shouldn’t be allowed to ask for anything until everyone knows this new landscape we’re all going to be living in.
