The Fiserv crowd prepared the Bucks for a time like this. This is our year.

Its gonna be a cluster when StubHub charges my credit card back for my sale there (which is their plan), but Bucks dont reimburse me because the tickets are transferred out of my account...

Guessing that won’t matter. You could’ve transferred them to a friend or relative. In fact they even tell you to transfer tickets to people you attend the games with to make scanning the barcodes easier if everyone has their own ticket.

I came back 3 hours later and was able to snag 3 together. I went to pay and couldn't add a credit card expiration date in chrome (Dropped down to only 05 and no scroll bar). Tried opening in IE but couldn't get back. Spent 20 minutes on it and someone else ended up getting tickets.

Yeah it was awful and took me forever. It eventually let me in. The code worked for game 1 and then I had to try multiple times which eventually worked on game 2 but not 3. The expiration date and month was frustrating. You had to click and hold and put the cursor down or up which would randomly work, but scrolled super far. It was very tedious and frustrating to get that in. Overall super buggy and tedious. Took me probably over an hour to get 4 tickets to two of the games. $63 for upper middle seats didn't seem bad and probably easy to resell at least at face.

I was honestly thinking if we play Toronto or Boston in the ECF we're probably better off having no fans at either venue

Well we're going to find out now. Warriors not doing fans for home games.

NCAA basketball tournaments to be played without fans as well.

Might as well rest the starters for the rest of the season. Home court advantage won’t mean much anymore.

Will be hilarious when the Bucks win a title, Bledsoe plays great, and everyone tries putting an asterisk next to it due to empty arenas. Will Giannis leave because the Bucks had no fans at the finals?

Just (30 minutes before the scheduled tipoff) got an alert from the Bucks app reminding me of the game vs. Boston tonight.

Really?

They aren't issuing refunds at this point because no games have been canceled, only postponed. I have tix to 3 games, including Saturday's game against the Warriors. Give me my freaking money back.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I like how they said “If any game is officially canceled, fans who own a Milwaukee Bucks ticket or ticket package that includes affected games will receive direct communication from the team that provides detailed information on ticket options.”

Ticket options? Guessing they are going to really push for you to let them keep that $ and use it toward (much higher face value) tickets for next season. Refunds should be the default action once games are canceled. We shouldn’t have to beg for our $ back.

Exactly. Bought Tix for 3/23 vs the Pistons because my kids are on spring break and we don't have to worry about leaving early to get them to bed so they aren't a disaster at school the next day.

If this game is rescheduled, we just paid a bunch of money for a game we will be leaving early from.

Undoubtedly teams will give ticket holders the option of retaining their ticket, keeping the amount paid in their account as a credit, or getting a refund, but this won't be put in place until they know if/when games will be rescheduled or canceled. Lots of people would like an immediate resolution, but it is undoubtedly a complicated situation. I think patience is warranted in spite of our understandable individual impatience.

Lots of routines are being reworked throughout our lives. I think we can all help our collective situation by extending smiles and support to our social and commercial neighbors. (If things get really bad, we might even want to consider extending this to Raptor fans.)

Pretty sure I saw the playoffs round 1 get billed. I had already been charged for next year and since I elected to not renew had to sort that the first couple of months, which did get sorted. Then I received a charge for what I believe is round 1, and I believe it landed after the season was suspended, I'm still lucky enough to not be affected in any way by the potential for losing income, but strange timing since we have no idea if or when their is any kind of season to come back to and people may be making every dollar count in the short term.

Playoffs for round 1 were charged on March 6th. Seeing the NBA does not know when/if they will resume the season, I think the Milwaukee Bucks should credit back playoff charges for round 1 until firm dates have been set. People have lost their jobs because of this craziness happening now. Their credit card payment will be due soon. Another thing they will need to worry about. Refund the money back to credit card, it should not take long for them to do this and what else do they have to do right now there are no games being played.

They should, but they won’t. Just like the rest of the regular season games. They’re going to hold our $ until the games are actually canceled, and then I’m sure it’ll take weeks to get refunds.

Personal opinion, but punch bowl social sucked. Weird layout, bad service, low quality food, and just didn't like the vibe. Hopefully something more sustaining can fill the space.

Went there 3/14 and enjoyed bowling but yeah service was sketchy for sure.

I'm curious if the Bucks will get pressure to do refunds too. As said sitting on alot of money and many people may need it.
