I actually don't think that was the consensus around here. I think most really thought waiving him stung.
Initially, most people weren't fond of the idea. Then after a couple games, everyone jumped on the bender sucks bandwagon.

Probably not set up for tv but no fans gives the NBA some artistic licenses for Venues. Practice centers, conference centers, smaller arenas like the mecca, etc

idk man.. the team that invested a top 5 pick in him didn't want to try and salvage him as an asset. a coaching staff that has a great reputation for success decided it would rather keep not just DJ but Sterling Brown, Pat Connaughton, Frank Mason and Marvin Williams. If we thought he had any hope of becoming a starting caliber player someday he would still be here.

Pistons started Wood, Thon, Snell and Knight. Surprisingly they're losing.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

OKC-Jazz got postponed - the players left the court. Not sure what happened.

Sounds like the head trainer ran out and alerted the refs right before tip. Gobert and Mudiay were ruled out with illness. Is it possible that they tested positive for COVID-19?

As his shirt moistens with sweat and his voice strains in desparation, Kevin Harlan attempts to manufacture excitement from an empty Smoothie King Arena. E'Twaun Moore rolls his eyes mightily, nudges JJ Reddick and says "Jesus, two more hours of this sht, huh." A teenage boy makes a crude remark comparing Reggie Miller's head to a certain legume before scattering down the mezzanine.

He is, no argument there from me.

That said, doesn't everything we know so far point to it taking 3-5 days for symptoms to show? Maybe even longer. He might have it, and maybe it's from touching the mics on Monday, but that would be different from the info I have heard thus far.

Well, gobert being an idiot just cancelled the nba season and most of our best chances in our lifetime to see an nba championship. I think this is overblown, but common sense like living a healthy lifestyle and washing your hands should be practiced more often n times like this. Gobert was just an idiot even if covid 19 wasn’t around

Considering he has like a 99.999% of making a quick and full recovery, I think we all know the appropriate response to this:

You can start showing symptoms within 2 days.
