WTF now his ribs are injured? Or was this why he was feeling shoulder/pec pain?
I'm confused.
Well, Cashman is looking like a genius for not giving Judge a big money contract now.

Good thing we didn't trade Frazier away like most expected.

lol this is just great. Judge looks like he's going to be injury prone the rest of his career for whatever reason. Glad we have him for most of his prime years. Sanchez is due to miss time in season as well. And we know it'll be a matter of time for Stanton too. I don't remember our old star being hurt this much. Jeter, Bernie, Posada, Rivera, Arod, I mean pretty much all of them played 80% of their games during their career. What's with these new age stars? Eating too much Mcdonalds?

Nah, these new players are all vegans or are on some yo-yo diet.
It's not really a shock that two players that are over 6'6" and muscled are injury prone. With Judge it's something you always had in the back of your mind but didn't really want to think about, and now it's happening.
Aside from Severino, which wasn't even a ridiculous contract, Cashman is looking brilliant here holding off giving Judge/Sanchez huge contract extensions. Now when they're about to hit free agency they'll probably come at a value price compared to giving them 8-10 years at crazy money.
Hicks on the other hand has been disappointing. For such a diamond in the rough find, he's barely playing and we gave him 7 years?

Yea these guys literally must not be eating meat or something. I don't remember all the stars being hurt like this all the time. And it's not just the Yankees, it's around the league.
Yea u got a point, I was on the board for Cash to giving these guys deals but it's looking like he made the right choice in waiting it out. They will be alot cheaper than other stars around the league, but somebody will still overpay for them. I don't know what's going on with these darn injuries man.

You guys should scoop him up. I can see him having a great season with the Yankees. He'd be a perfect fit.

Yanks have a lot of injuries. Good news? I bet the start of baseball season is delayed.

sure if they didn't waste $ on the likes of weak hitting Hicks for how many more years?

What's the problem? Just throw more money at the situation. Sign Puig and Joe Schmoe and I have no doubt they will put up All Star numbers.

Eh, I'm not so worried. Tauchman was good last year, Frazier has a bat and a chance to redeem himself a bit, and Brett is a rock. The Yankees analytics team is pretty solid and seems to get gems like Voit and Ford. While Stanton is giving me Ellsbury vibes right now, at least Cash didn't give up good prospects for him (cough cough* Cano).
