Yeah the congressional doctor said, 70 to 150 million. Another doctor from Jon Hopkins says half the population.

The attending physician of the US Congress and Supreme Court, Dr. Brian Monahan, briefed Senate staff Tuesday in a closed-door meeting that he expects anywhere from 70M up to 150M people in the US to contract coronavirus, two sources tell @NBCNews. https://t.co/XKDnoCbbqZ

I read that one on Vitamin D. It was saying something about somebody was Vitamin D deficient and than started to overdose on Vitamin D. You don't want to be deficient in vitamins and/or minerals and than start to overdose because your sick. Everybody should reach 100% daily value of all vitamins and minerals every day.

That Bolthouse farms protein plus chocolate drink at walmart, I drink the 32 OZ and the nutrition facts are based on every 8 ounces.

Nobody seems to talk about ZINC so ZINC in the Bolthouse chocolate drink every 8 ounces has 3 MG(25% daily value). In the 32 oz bottle has 4 servings so the 12 MG of Zinc is (100% daily value).

Sounds like they're using zinc to fight the virus in China and South Korea

Is there a way to use Zinc other than putting it in our bodies through food, drink or supplement? I've always thought with the Coronavirus, Yea they say to avoid huge public gatherings and avoid physical contact or getting too close to someone who might have it. But that's for best ways for (prevention) and not everyone can stay isolated because we want to be social and be around people.

But the best way to be ready if I get it is to get all the vitamins and minerals every day and keep the 5 electrolytes going( Sodium, Chloride, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium). This can help prevent and start to fight if something enters. Dayquil helps with (cough) and Advil/ Aleve/ Tylenol helps with (fever, headache)

So the bolthouse farms has all the electrolytes?

I think zinc is in oysters. A good side effect is people use it to help sexual dysfunction. Another good side effect is it's good for wound healing. Whenever i have a cut i take zinc to help heal it faster. They use zinc products at the ER for wound care.

I just take a zinc supplement because i don't like oysters every day.

The Bolthouse protein drink does not have Chloride but it definetly has those other 4 electolyte sources. I don't think its required to have all 5 but more about keeping a mixture of them replinished. The harder we exercise or workout, we lose those 5 electrolyte sources and electrolytes should be replaced ASAP. Chloride is the hardest electrolyte to get while those other 4 sources are easy and are found in quite a bit of foods and drinks.

Thanks. I've drank them before but I'll start picking them up more. I know they have a green goodness one and a purple one.

Yes Bolthouse farms has those other drinks in green goodness, mocha cappuccino, vanilla chai, salted carmel latte, strawberry, mango, coffee, daily greens, carrot, berry boost, amazing mango, etc but none of those have all the vitamins and minerals that the Chocolate protein plus drink has.

I'm in TN too, so far everyone seems to be going about as normal. I haven't seen a drop in business yet, although I may be in a more needed field. However, I don't get a feeling like others are suffering a lack of business yet. They are talking about shutting down schools where I am, and already have in Chattanooga. I haven't heard many talk about not going to church, lol. I won't be there to find out though. I expect circumstances to change rapidly by the week, we'll have to see where this goes. Good for you! It has to be difficult in a very red state.

I read already 30 billion in convention type revenue losses. It will get big here imo soon.

Global panic kicked in. You see everywhere stores getting empty with oil, flour and long lasting cans.
And even if you find it silly, because nobody else does, you still have to buy it. I made fun of it until yesterday where i saw people pretty much wasting whole store... Including buying bottles of water... in country where tap water is safe to drink ... Just total panic...

No basketball for 30 days at the very least really does mean that it's possible to get JI back before play resumes. That's the silver lining.

Going off limb, i don't think this season will be finished. If they skip pass 3 months in between games ,it's not even really "regular" season any more by any streach of imagination.
In Europian leagues, they talk about just giving thropies for current 1# teams and calling it off for a year.
it's expected that most teams will turn thropy down so nobody will be crowned as "champion".
Soccer Euro is probably also off ( despite starting date is 3 months from now ).

Might as well be safe and take zinc and vitamin d, both have been recognized for fighting respiratory viruses

Vitamin D is best apsorbed through exposure to Sun-light.
Issue with most vitamins through pills is that half of the studies show they actually do not work.

After huge study in Toronto few years back results were pretty clear: there is no harm in taking vitamins through pills, however, there is no benefits either.

So... don't waste your money on pills.
Zinch is found in food: meat, seeds, nuts, milk products, eggs and dark chocolate.

And yea... for vitamin D, stay on your balcon for 15 min

Food with most zinch is sea food. But as usual, sea food also contains some not so best stuff for you, so you have to be careful.
