So yeah, I would say washing hands and avoiding touching others as much as you can helps prevent the virus.....
Please stop spreading this misinformation. The live virus just needs an entry way to your body. One way is through inhaling it. The other way is by getting it in your mouth, eyes, nose etc by physically touching it. It can live on surfaces like skin for many hours, so wash your hands frequently to minimize the risk of touching it and contaminating yourself. There is reason they disinfect whole buildings if they find an infected person has used them.
Not true. Go listen to Michael Osterholm, public-health scientist and a biosecurity and infectious-disease expert, on Joe Rogan. Then go ahead and say he's wrong, geniuses.
LOL, the person you want to listen to is Anthony Fauci. The real expert.
Stop taking anything from JRE as the gospel.
COVID 19 is a virus, which means outside of the body and bodily fluids it has a short life, but the life is longer if on surface.
None the less, if someone coughs on their hand, then shakes you hand, then you gasp and put your hand over your mouth, Bam infected.
You both are right, it is not spread through contact, but through bodily fluids (such as the small amount of water exhaled when breathing)
So you can contract it by someone breathing on you, or coughing into their hand then surface to surface, to entry point.
Washing your hands regularly limits the risk of the virus living on your hands for an extended period, thus limiting transmition.
But the only way to ensure you don’t get it is to become a hermit and not talk or associate to anyone.
After your first, you change, you mature, you dont just jump into things.
After getting dunked on for the first time, life becomes complex.
