I initially assumed what you’re saying, but the rules sure sound more like what I said.

If a player drafts Michael Jordan Round 1, players from Chicago and Washington are not eligible in Round 2/the remainder of the draft for that drafter. If he drafts Chris Paul in Round 2, Chicago, Washington, New Orleans, the Clippers and OKC are now his ineligible group of franchises. This process of contracting your player pool with each pick is continued the rest of the draft.

It sounds to me like all Lakers seasons are ineligible for euro, but he could draft Grizzlies Pau for example.

OK. I think we should just follow the instructions as they are written and proceed accordingly. We've already lost a lot of time.
