I like the idea of having basketball start in late November and finish late August. Baseball is the only sport during the summer and lit is the worst time of the sports year. Can you imagine how awesome 4th of July bbqs would be with the NBA playoffs going on? Sign me up.

Nba free agency at least makes july tolerable

But yeah, the mix of only baseball and most tv shows on hiatus makes late summer tuff

No, I was making fun of it like a year ago. I’ve publicly declared in many posts I’m in Chalm zone now and complained about how early games are.

If the season is over, Duncan Robinson is #16 of all-time in TS% for players who meet the minimum requirement for the end of year leaderboards and score in double digits. 9 of the spots ahead of him are from 3 bigs on there 3 times each, Tyson Chandler, Rudy Gobert, and Artis Gilmore. Bigs basically just dunking dominate the list.

Stay safe out there guys. This virus is no joke. I feel the season will in fact be cancelled. And other sports same thing. We haven’t even begun to see the worst of this imo. With no test to go around, the numbers are wayyyy off. There are MANY out there that have this virus and don’t know it. Much more than the 8k claims. It’s probably closer to 800k than 8. Just not enough tests to test anyone. Yet all the nba guys an celebrities get test asap even with no symptoms. This system is a joke. :nonono:

That's what I've been trying to tell people. It's like a roach, if you see about 5 roaches, there's likely 500 of them behind your walls. Same concept. Especially here in Florida.

I need more information on the strain. Idk why the symptoms are so varying in severity among the population.

Watched the game too what a crazy one, Spo subbing Wade at the end killed the spacing after the run with Lebron + shooters. Parker hit those two crazy shots almost put us to bed .

Pop subbing out Duncan both times at the end.

One of the best finals games of all time .

Ben Simmons picking his top 5 defenders in the NBA right now, he going with players who can guard most if not all the positions 1-5.
AD, Kawhi, Butler, Smart, Joel.
When someone says "Giannis over Kawhi" Simmons replied, "really? You have never played Kawhi in the playoffs then".

Both Duncan and JJ mention wanting to take a 1 step pull up which usually would end up becoming a long 2 so everyone is working on changing that step forward to a sidestep to stay in 3pt range. JJ mentions the 76ers analytics guy telling him how many points the long 2(a shot JJ liked) was worth vs his sidestep 3 and it messed him up early last year because he was thinking about it instead of just doing it(which comes through repetition).

today's NBA you have to be very fast to take good 2 pointer ...Maybe Herro and nunn are the only ones capable off doing it consistently in our team

Ok, do we suck (away) or are we amazing (home) if there are no people in the stadium at a neutral site?

Are we spurred on by the cheering of a home crowd or easily put off by the boos of the opposition's fans?
