New York looks like its heading for disaster. It has close to half of all new US cases the past few days. While California cities are locking down NYC seems to be taking half measures. Hopefully I'm missing something, because they need to get super aggressive about limiting spread and should have done so days ago, but as far as I can tell they haven't.
Only 7 Players in NBA history have 21,000 points, 5,750 assists and 5,750 rebounds. LeBron has double those numbers.

with this thing going around I would keep the weight in the middle range for your age and height. You want to keep enough meat on the bones in case you get ill and aren't eating or don't feel like eating . Just my .02

I'm like 6'3" 195 (Usually try to stay around 190, but was just on vacation lol)... so I think I'll be fine

I don’t think it’s weight right now so much as being in keto brings the body into full alert and protection mode. It reduces inflammation and so forth. You will feel better and be better protected. My belief anyway. I have lost over 100 pounds on keto and have maintained it for over a year now. Every day in keto I feel much better, more steady, stronger and with less aches and pains in my body. It’s a bitch either entering or falling out of ket0 tho.

Low carb works too. Good job. This isn't going to make any sense but I find it hard but simple. Really, logically, it's just giving up soda, rice, chips, pasta mostly. But once you slip up, it's easy to say screw it I messed up anyway and go off the rails completely.

gotta get rid of the dairy too, man. its evil. processed/refined sugar. any added sugar.

we are getting a heavy dump here in denver today (next two months will bounce between 70 and sunny and big snow). i like that because i am going to make a grocery run hoping it will be less crowded. i dislike that because the virus apparently is more robust in the cold (we are at 30 degrees at present).

One thing to note. China almost certainly covered up/underreported deaths. I don't believe Italy has truly overtaken them. I have a co worker from Wuhan and he said take a crises in China and multiply it by 10 for the real number of deaths, injured etc. They basically control the entire media. People who spoke out about them cremating bodies around the clock and underreporting have been silenced. Some of which still are missing.

Sadly we aren't locking down. My dealership is open, despite fact that it's **** dead and I'm getting zero sales.

Soda try Coke Zero or Pepsi zero. Actually pretty good. We don’t use the real **** at all and are satisfied.

Rice is a tough one. I have gotten used to cauliflower rice. Sort of close maybe after you have had it the 10th time and forget what real rice tastes like. If you mix it with yummies in a bowl I think 9ts a good rice replacement.

Pasta: There’s a low carb noodle on amazon called carb nada that’s actually decent too.

Also guess food what has the most zinc in it? Meat actually. Go carnivores!

Latest USA testing data. From the testing czar (Giroir) who just gave this information in a FEMA center conference call with the nation's governors.

- Between March 2 and March 14, we (Feds) made available 10.4 million test kits. We anticipate by March 28 that number will be up to 27.6 million

- We've done 108,000 tests so far (processed). This includes 45,000 done by CDC/public labs, and 63,000 done by private companies. This 108K number does not include some (more) testing done by hospitals (Feds working to try to get that data going forward)

- We did (processed) 20,000 tests yesterday

The aftertaste of diet soda kills me. Plus for whatever reason the Zero line was fine.. then my body started reacting very badly. Like weak/lightheaded. Not sure if it was the Aspartame or what. I seem to react well to Sucralose, but it does have a small insulin response which isn't ideal for low carb. Stevia is probably my best bet. Chick Fil-A has a diet fresh squeeze lemonade using Splenda I've been getting instead of soda when possible.

I wanted to switch to Shiritaki noodles, but I keep reading/hearing about an overwhelming fishy smell to it.

Yes. When I'm keto I live off the American waters from Walmart+occasional diet soda. I do enjoy them.

I assume then in the next 4-5 days the numbers will go WAY WAY up? I mean since they are finally testing at high volume?

Check this, Italy looking into tracing people via their phones. Trying to monitor people in order to make sure they are obeying quarantine and that their "permits"* are legit.

In Italy, anyone who wants to leave their own home have to fill out a special permit.
Image

Imagine this happening in the US. "Hey, we are looking into tracking your phones so we know where you are."

There are other countries who are making people sign a document in order to go out.

Basically, people can only leave the house to buy food, meds, something of absolute necessity and work.

These are not random countries either. France, Italy, Spain...

Even in Norway, https://www.thelocal.no/20200319/norway-lawyers-hit-back-at-undemocratic-coronavirus-law

In America... they've been tracking you on your phones for over a decade probably. The thing is most people are unaware of it. Even if you turn on location tracking, they can ping your location at any time. Many whistle blowers, such as Snowden for example, have spoken about this.

I can't understand what's going on there. If they know they're in trouble why aren't they shutting down all non-essential movement, and gatherings? Mayor should be locking down, and if he won't governor needs to get on his ass and if he wont president needs to get on both their asses.
