President Trump told two senior Russian officials in a 2017 Oval Office meeting that he was unconcerned about Moscow’s interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election because the United States did the same in other countries

I was at the men’s game today, with Michigan family, the outsider cheering the Terps. Good win.

Just to be grouped with those 4 other schools is a step in the right direction.

Even if they get just 1 year of eligibility for Bruner, that'd be a huge help - he seems like a poor-man's Stix - but a better passer - he averaged 3.7 assists per game. He could put up big numbers next season if he chooses MD. I was surprised that Ricky Lindo chose to transfer - considering their lack of bodies up front. But Lindo was a 1 trick pony - he rebounded and didn't do much of anything else.

MD did get a transfer from Boston College - 6'8 230 lb Jairus Hamilton. He played 2 seasons there - was disappointing considering he was rated the 75th best prospect from the 2018 HS class. Who knows - maybe the light goes on for him, but at this point - he doesn't seem to be much of a player. Don't know if he'll have to sit out a year.

Maryland's going after a lot of transfers because - they are not looking good for next season. They had an awful recruiting class. Aiken's a tiny guard who's anything but a PG - he had twice as many to's as assists. He scores a lot because he shoots a lot.

As Maryland has struck out in just about every college basketball High D-1 transfer, let's take a look at their lineup next season(assuming it's full or half full). The only way they are competitive is if Eric Ayala bounces back from his sophomore slump and Aaron Wiggins becomes what most of thought he would be and that's a star. They have one transfer and that's Jairus Hamilton, a 6-8 combo forward from Boston College, who has to sit out unless he gets a waiver or the NCAA lets every transfer become immediately eligible, which they may do in early May. None of the freshmen are expected to be impact players right away. So they desperately need a point guard who can come in a play right away to allow Ayala to play shooting guard. Desperately need a big because well Tomaic and Marial. And a power forward.

PG Eric Ayala, Marcus Dockery, Aquan Smith

SG Aaron Wiggins, Serrel Smith

SF Daryl Morsell, Hakim Hart

PF Donta Scott

C Josh Tamaic, Chol Marial

Yeah, I'm resigned to it being a long season.

Quite possibly Turgeon's last....
