2020 been a rough start. Recently lost one of my favorite drummers, Sean Reinert. He played on two of the greatest death metal albums of all time in ‘Human’ and ‘Focus’, as well as progressive metal masterpiece ‘Traced in Air’.
His ability to add jazz fusion elements to death metal music was pretty revolutionary, particularly back in the early 90’s when Human and Focus came out.
A big part of my musical life. RIP.
