The ringers draft site is up! No mock yet but there’s a big board with player comparisons. Lots of surprises in the top 10 but they’ve got Killian Hayes at number 1!

I like the format they have. Agree with Hayes being very high on the board (I like Ball #1, Hayes #2).

Tyrell Terry might be the biggest surprise. I like in the later rounds, but dont think I have seen him as high as #8. I like Terry as a shooter, but not sure I wouldnt rank him over some other pgs/combo guards Cole/Maxey/Kira/Tre Jones.

Hayes #1 on the big board there...I was told he was getting picked 10th?

in reality, i don't think hayes will go top 5 though. i wonder who between hayes and cole the knicks will pick if they have the chance. it will be interesting.

i agree that he wont be top 5 either most likely either. But who knows. If we are picking 6-8 and Hayes is there he needs to be our pick.

I'm ok with Haliburton as well but Hayes has the most upsaide.

I hope the knicks look past the Cole Anthony connections to realize he isn't as good as the other guys.

Knowing the Knicks it’ll be Cole, but I’m taking Hayes every time. Haliburton too. I’d rather trade down and get Nesmith, Vassell or Maxes before Cole

Hayes would be a really nice pickup for us. I really like him. There are shades of Goran Dragic in his game and that's probably his floor. He has more potential than that.

A lot is gonna depend on the order and preference. I could see Hayes getting picked somewhere around 3-6. His game just fits what a lot of teams will be looking for.

Really, the lottery is pretty wide open. Seems like every site is all over the place with their boards and mocks

i like cole but as the year went on i cooled a little bit. as a scorer though he might be better than anyone besides edwards in the top 10. i do think he's being overlooked a little.

I do like the Dragic comp. He also has about a couple inches and 20-25 lbs on dragic as well. Has a bit of Manu in terms of not being the best athlete but his ability to get into the paint consistently and his ability to finish.

He's a bit too lefty dominant but isn't everyone at the of 18.

He also projects probably the best next to RJ long term as well being the higher upside. Haliburton might fit the best but I do think he has a bit of a limited upside.

I think the thing that separates Hayes from the other PG prospects is his ability to shoot of the dribble and he already has an NBA step back jumper.

i wonder when they plan to hold the draft and what will proceed it ? will there be individual workouts ? not anytime soon i would think. you're not gonna make a kid fly to all these different locations. will it all be based off of tape and skype interviews ? and if so will teams be more conservative or take more chances ?

I just think the long term fit with RJ and Cole would be suspect. RJ's shot selection and decision making as a lead playmaker are questionable. The biggest knock on Cole is his shot selection and not being a pure playmaker either. Seems like Cole kinda duplicates RJ is that way.

He also reminds me too much of DSJ coming out of college. Now Cole seems like he for sure has his head on more straight and has a better work ethic/teammate. But there games are pretty similar outside of Cole having a smoother jump shot.

Wish they went further than top 30. Definately some surprises; how have their rankings fared historically? Have not seen Terry before - if he's there at 37 maybe his "shades" are worth a shot. Maxey has great "shades." Toppin "Okafor on D" ouch!

Yea, it's really hard to say how all of that will play out. They mentioned it might have to be at least Aug. But guess it also depends if or when the season finishes, schedule free agency, workouts, etc. A lot of things to schedule in. Also, makes it tough for a lot of kids.
