Nuggets new GM

Any thoughts on Calvin Booth as the new GM? All I know is that he was the assistant GM and so he is a logical successor.

If past practices are followed, it seems to me they might go outside the organization. But there isn't a lot of data to go on for this ownership-management group, so ...

I figured they would promote Booth when AK left, but I still hope they bring in an assistant GM from outside the organization.
