Don't see him in our range. But he seems like the typical high upside, high reward type.

IMO we can leave the draft with a solid player with potential. IMO we have options.

Agreed. I think this is one draft to not trade up. The talent late in the 1st seems just as good as those in the top 10

In the back of my mind when I think about Tyrell Terry is Duke version of Seth Curry.

If we end up with Reed or Smith ill be very excited. I really like Smith for some reason. Good chance Reed will be off-board.

I honestly think both Reed and Smith will be gone when we pick, but if not they'd be amazing choices.

I like Smith but I hear he's not a very good defender other than the blocks. He might get destroyed on switches.

I'm actually of the opposite view, I think this might be the draft where it's cheap enough to trade up to get the guy you really want since there's so much parity. Also because I think the talent after pick 25 is a different tier than the one from 15-25.
My personal board for the Raptors who are either at pick 28 or within trade up range is about the same:
1) Tyrell Terry, PG
2) Aaron Nesmith, SG
3) Devin Vassell, SF
4) Robert Woodard II, SF
5) Tyler Bey, SF/PF
6) Kira Lewis, PG
7) Patrick Williams, SF
8) Saddiq Bey, SF
9) Paul Reed, PF
10) Xavier Tillman, PF/C
11) Precious Achiuwa, SF/PF
12) Jahmi'us Ramsey, SG
13) Jaden McDaniels, SF
14) Isaiah Joe, SG
15) Cassius Stanley, SF
16) Jalen Smith, PF
17) Devon Dotson, PG
18) Leandro Bolmaro, SG
19) Malachi Flynn, PG
20) Mamadi Diakite, PF/C

I like the Nesmith love on this board. He can easily be a young Danny Green type for the Raptors. Tyrell Terry everyone knows about...

Yeah, I've been watching a lot of Nesmith lately. He would be a fantastic pick. Having said that, I really don't see a way he makes it to pick 28, same with Terry. They're going to be in the mix from 15 through 25 imo, same with Vassell who I think might actually be underrated here. He reminds me a bit of Middleton.
So unless we trade up we're looking at the next tier of guys like Woodward, Bey, Lewis, Ramsey, Smith, Reed, Tillman. I would add Williams to the list but he probably goes ahead of where I have him ranked for a team gambling on upside.
