Gronk + 23 for 14 and OJ Howard.

Then move up and get Herbert or Tua.

I could live with that. Patriots have 12 Picks in all, in a 7 Round Draft. 4 are compensatory.

I'll take the pick.

But I must say, pretty annoying that he didn't want to play with us last season when we really needed some help offensively, but decides he's good to go now.

Love both guys but I can't help but hope they fail miserably out there..and I mean miserably.

Getting something is better than nothing.

No **** way I want TB12 to fail in Tampa though. The man is GOD to me. Also it's tough being in NE's program, I love Bill but he's always been a hard-line guy.

I hope they lose to the Pats in the Super Bowl I guess, if not us, then them though

Seems pretty clear to me that both Gronk and Brady have had it with Belichick. The trade them a year early philosophy came back to bite him here IMO

I hope nobody gets mad at Brady or Gronk for going to Tampa. Those two gave us so many incredible years of football, that they should be enshrined in the Pats hall of fame as two of the best players to ever don the uniform. Of course it's not fun seeing them play for another team, but I will never have anything but complete and utter respect for the two of them, and I really wouldn't mind seeing the Bucks go to the SB this year (and unless the Pats are also there, I would love to see them win it all).
Seriously, how can any true Pats fan get mad at either one of these two guys (especially Brady). They helped turn NE into the greatest franchise in sports history. We all knew that some day the ride would come to an end, and now it's time to move on. Who knows, maybe the next generational QB is waiting for the Pats in the draft.

I wonder what NE will look like in week 1. This is like before Bledsoe days.

Wont be surprised if we dont even make the playoffs. But i'm a team Bill guy I trust he'll do something with this roster. Not sure if Stidham is the guy.

He was a God and he will return to being a God once he retires and we can go back to referring to him as a Patriot rather than a Buc. I've always been a team first kind of guy, so if you leave or get traded I have a hard time caring for you. Pierce is my all time favorite athlete and I didn't care much for him in Brooklyn or Washington. Wanted him to beat Miami, but I'd be lying if I said I wanted to see him raise a banner eith somebody else. Lol..

Brady chose to leave, not mad at it at all, but I'm not going to root much for the guy, I don't even like Tampa....but Gronk I'm a bit salty over. Dude could have been the difference between a win against the Dolphins, the 1st seed and Bye in the first round..who knows what happens at that point. Not a big Tanguay fan, but his article on NBCSB is pretty spot on..

Ideally, Brady struggles, Gronk barely plays and Tampa misses the playoffs while NE surprises, Bill builds an up and coming offense around Stidham and we have a better record than them. But that's just me..lol

Any predictions for tonight? Would love to trade up and draft some high-end talent now that we're "rebuilding", but without any 2nds I feel like Bill is going to want to trade down.

We traded down. I bet we're targeting Jalen Hurts with the 37th pick

I was wondering if we were going to Trade out of the 1st Round. Now we have 13 Picks.
I expect some more Trades over the remainder of the Draft. Maybe Trade into next year.

I was hoping the Lions would pick a QB and trade us Stafford..

Flacco is a FA, Cam is still a FA. Dalton might be cut soon after the Bengals picked Burrow or maybe he gets traded between today and tomorrow.

I’ll be surprised if Stidham isn’t under center week 1.
