The "I can't wait for the Geoff Jenkins to Ted Williams thread" joke should have gone here.

oops sorry :(
"The guy is an idiot," Pedroia said regarding Cabrera. "I dropped my bat. It kind of freaked me out. I was upset they took him out of the game. He is good to hit. He's 9-15. The guy [stinks]."

He IS that bad on defense though. Today Keith Law said he'd be an OF in time and I agree.

It's such a shame that Law is so awful at his job

it's such a shame that it's a novelty when an analyst is GOOD at his job

Comet....come on man, I know we're all pumped about him...and he's shown signs of being a great offensive player...but this is still his rookie year, pitcher ARE starting to figure him out (even with Fielder behind him), and I would think you'd have to wait at least 5-7 years to start this type of thread. Oh, and hopefully he can take a page out of Weeks defensive offseason workout.

no, nykgeneralmanager's quote was not added just for this thread....I've had it since the Kosher Krusher thread. Not because it's a laughable one, but it's one I continue to believe and hope to come true........DOWN THE ROAD.

This "comparison" only hurts Braun. The Hebrew Hammer is having a great rookie season and I, for one, don't think that it will be his best in the majors. This is pretty ridiculous though.
