I'm more a Cavs fan than anything, so honestly I'm not completely sure of that. I think the Cavs organizational culture just sucked and really dragged these teams down. Dan Gilbert really wasn't a great influence on the team and I think the lack of quality coaching (outside of Blatt and Lue) hurt a lot. LeBron probably didn't make the best of it especially the last two season, but I don't think he made the worst of it either, we were just junk outside of him for those years.

The cavs culture within the playing group was fine until 2018. Then the problems started. Outside of that Kyrie was the biggest headache not lebron. Everyone got along great.

And lebron was a top level defender in 16 and 17.

Those cavs teams after 2015 were completely awful around him defensively.

Lebron's best game of the season:
-> Bucks lead by 18, giannis goes out, lakers take lead by 15 points
-> Giannis comes back and the lead goes down t 4
-> Giannis gets hurt and the lead gets stretched to 10
ESPN:
LEBRON DOMINATED GIANNIS

i dont have the box score, but your just making this up. Lakers won in the 3rd quarter, when it was tied. They took a double digit lead while Giannis on the court. Giannis even played most or all of the 3rd quarter, like he almost never does.

Edit: got the boxscore. Ya, youre just making chit up. Bucks biggest lead was like 8. And the run that gave the lakers the big lead was with Giannis in. In fact, the only time the Bucks actually made a run to cut it closer was when Lebron was out of the game

Why did I think the bucks blew a big lead...

That win was a lot more important for the lakers than it was the bucks. Same goes for the next night against the clippers. Bucks and clips already proved themselves against the lakers and other elite teams. Lakers still had some doubt.

It was good and important to see lebron play well against these defenses though as there has been some questions about his scoring against good defense this season.

So while regular season games don’t matter a lot these two did for the lakers and they probably played harder both games than the two counterparts. But it doesn’t prove anything going to the playoffs. All three teams can beat each other imo.

I forgot about this 2018 Christmas game. Lebron got completely hosed on the final two possessions. KD really thinks he did something too

Have you seen any of Draymond's recent comments on Durant? KD was genuinely surprised that the media still viewed LeBron as the better in player in 2017... Even though KD joined a 73-win team, missed a quarter of the season, they still won 67 games without him, and then he was statistically inferior to LeBron in the playoffs. Just because the Warriors won the championship and Durant had the better Finals statistically, he somehow thought the torch was being passed to him, even though if the two switched places, Golden State probably would have been even better. It makes no sense.

Giannis being on the bench for an entire 33 pt swing was the red flag for me. That's just fiction.

I still don't get where I got that from.

Did I combine the first bucks-lakers game with the second?

If you want to make things up, make them at least somewhat credible. An entire 33-point swing and a team keeping their superstar on the bench as it happens is something that'd literally never happen unless you were intentionally trying to lose.

You guys all just need to hold on until like 2045 when the Lebron doc runs on ESPN and people are freaking out over nostalgia of the 2000s/2010s, calling D WIll a top 10 PG and talking up Paul George and Jimmy Butler.

Speaking of a Lebron doc.

What title would it have?
