Don’t believe they didn’t have a conversation. Did they not see each other until the wedding date? If the addendums to the prenup is true, she and her lawyer were trying to stall and add things at the last second. Open items like monthly payments at a later date, why even have a prenup at all if things aren’t spelled out. What was she going to ask for 5k a month, 50k? If so state it on the prenup, not negotiate at a later date.
