so far so good but i just opened up an imported package of masks from china and am kind of jittery at the moment,i dont know if they are really clean :roll:

I've been trying to incorporate a bit more home workouts because I've also been a potato. All the days are just blending in and flying by.

Whatever you do, do not order home workout equipment from China, Wish, or whatever sells stuff from overseas.

I ordered a bunch in early April a few weeks after my local gym was closed. None of them has arrived yet and now gyms are open smdh

I won't go back to the gym for a while though... Such a germy place regardless of covid in retrospect. I haven't been sick in months and I feel wonderful (in a comfortable potato way).

I'm just not a day person, I can get work done in the morning and at night, but being in the confines of my home during the day is a laborious task all on its own. How tha phuck am I supposed to get work done with so much going on during the day, tchuirps. And I keep getting the urge to buy stupid things too, haven't made any dumb purchases, but just urges. I want some Chuck Taylors, I think.

Feels like more ppl have been watching me run since the Ahmaud Arbery murder, pushed my running hrs just a few hrs closer to sunlight cause I rather be a precautious biatch

Finally watched Luke Cage with the extra daylight hrs I've been shedding, watched Iron Fist too, just to get a gist of the grift that Netflix was trying to sell with their Marvel series(s)-

-At first, I was thinking hell nawh, I can't get with this script; the producers are obviously trying to con their audience, especially with the old black tropes. The black paternalism bits, the prose of the barbershop, the framing of the innocent, and the harem of the Wire cast members which was egregious from Episode 1(RIP Reg E. Cathey).

- Kept watching tho, and they earned their keep. Producers were trying to con their audience instead of gaining their trust, but they put together a formidible show with a good group of writers. Soundtrack was too damn fye too. They tried to bring back the ilk of black artists playing live on black TV shows, and although this could be looked at as a con, they played it well(RIP Charles Bradley).

-Politics angle gave them some versatility and made the show great, Alfre Woodard made the show in a lot of ways- her performance was otherworldly.

- Don't know babies real name, but ol' girl they call Nandi-- Oof. That scene when they had her walking out in handcuffs, lod hav merci

Great show, season 3 not happening is a tragedy
