Re: WWE Raw Discussion III
I hope this recent run has convinced Asuka to stay for a while. And Kairi and Io. Asuka has always looked like she loves being in WWE and doing the goofy WWE stuff but I'm a little worried about the other two.

It was a great start to the show. Unfortunately, the finish with Edge and Orton fell completely flat. I got a lot of sleep in between.
I fell asleep by the end and had changed channels somewhere around Seth losing his mind

They need to watch TNA from 2016. THAT is how you push Bobby Lashley

You're going to hate whoever they push.

To be fair, they're probably going to ruin whoever they decide to push by putting them in a heatless feud with Corbin for four months and booking them like absolute garbage. And conveniently, Corbin is coming to Raw next week to face Drew, so he's already heading down the path of WWE killing him.

They have to do something with Aleister Black.

Looks like they're at least considering using MVP to be his manager and push him up the ladder. Don't know if that would be the end of Lana having much of a role.

Yup. I liked when they initially pushed Seth too but then they ruined his title reign by putting him in super long feuds with guys who can't wrestle. At least they had the good sense to turn him heel when their terrible booking derailed his push. Would have been nice if they'd done that with Roman one of the dozen times they've failed with pushing him in the past decade.

I don’t want this to sound hyperbolic, but I’ve been blown away by Zelina Vega. She’s dynamite. She’s a wonderful talker, the facial expressions, cadences, mannerisms are all there, and she’s just fine as ****.
It’s been the Zelina Vega show the past few months; she’s stolen the show the last few times I’ve watched. Backstage promos, ringside antics, even on commentary.
It kind of sucks that Andrade can barely speak a lick of English because he has everything else going for him. It’s all just a believable presentation. I can see him being a world champ at some point.

Oh, and MERCIFULLY Seth has a new theme song. I was so disappointed when The Shield broke up and he had that generic theme for all those years (the “Burn It Down!” made it more tolerable, but it still wasn’t befitting a guy of his level).
His new song fits his new character, and is an upgrade over his last one. Still, it’s not quite that captivating staple that stars before him have had, but I’m not complaining.

I LOVE Austin Theory joining Seths group instead of being in Zelinas. Seth/Murphy/Theory is kinda Shield 2.0...
Theory didn't fit in with Almas/Garza at all lol.

Theory reminds me of a young Randy Orton, from what I’ve seen of him thus far. Both have/had that clean cut look, the prototypical wrestler physique, and move around like a natural in the ring.

Re: WWE Raw Discussion III
They've been smart with their builds and I'm genuinely hooked now:
Zelina's stable is slowly establishing themselves as threats. Got used having 3 of them but hey they might replace Theory. Though 2 should be fine. Garza's has that brash, confidence that he carries so genuinely. Andrade is almost there as well.
Seth building this Evolution V2 has been phenomenal. His character work and recruitment style just makes sense. Will they be feuding with Zelina's stable? Too early for me.
And the continuity with Drew and MVP has been fluid. Incorporating Lashley also made sense for everyone. Keep Lana away from this (they did a good job separating her though).
I've never praised WWE creative for a long time. Helped they got to focus on only a handful of people and none of them favorites.

That and moving Theory made for some good tv.
