Wouldn't be shocked at all if KD randomly came back this year. After seeing Kyrie come back from injury with zero restrictions - going against all of our philosophies for the past 3 years, it's clear that they have veto power over our performance team. If he feels like playing, he's gonna play. It has to mean something that he's traveling with the team and playing 4 on 4.

news today is that games will go into august. june would have been 1 full year.

it would be awesome if he was back for round 1 and we beat the bucks

Will KD play if the NBA returns in say 3 months time for playoffs time?

Hopefully if you have the playoffs starting in August, they'd take the added measure of delaying and shortening the 2020-21 season.

The Bucks are a tall order for us even with KD back since he'll still be not at 100% as far as his NBA legs are concerned.

Toronto on the other hand....

The Olympics would have been his warm up, but if the NBA resumes in June, July and August, I think that we may see the return of Kevin Durant.

Give me Spencer/LeVert/Harris/KD/Jordan w/ Chiozza, Temple, Prince, Chandler and Allen in the 2nd unit

or we could go Spencer/Harris/KD/Chandler/Jordan w/ Cheese/LeVert/Temple/Prince/Allen. LeVert could become the super 6th man even though history dictates that he isn't good off of the bench.

I would probably start the Spencer/LeVert/KD trio and see how it works. Either way, we're playing with house money

Kevin Durant's agent was non committal about KD returning, but with the word out about the NBA resuming in June with no fans, I think KD might give it a go.

Spencer/LeVert/Harris/KD/Jordan
Chiozza/Temple/Prince/Chandler/Allen

w/TLC getting minutes when necessary. I don't think anyone will want to see us in Round 1.

Then we sweep boston with KD/Kyrie both in the lineup.

76ers upset milwaukee... we get our revenge beating them in 5 games.

We face the lakers or clips in the finals

The longest it takes to recover from arthroscopic shoulder surgery is 4 months, so you have to imagine when league play resumes Kyrie could be cleared before the playoffs.
