For me:
1. Paul ReedSpoiler:
2. Grant RillerSpoiler:
3. Reggie PerrySpoiler:
4. Jahmi'us RamseySpoiler:
Paul Reed and Grant Riller are at the top of my list as well. I'm starting to think that they won't be available based on what people are saying about them and what I'm seeing on the mock drafts.
Guys I like...
Bolmaro: We lack creative playmakers and also could use a big ball handler. I expect him to be able to replace McCaw and be an improvement on the offensive end. Question marks on whether he can hit his open jumpers consistently.
Dotson: He's a hard nosed guard who is competitive, tough and is fast with the ball. There's similarities in his game and Lowry's game. When one of Fred or Lowry were out, the Raptors were desperate for a ball handler and Dotson would immediately help in that department. His shooting consistency is a pretty big question mark. His height/size also lowers his versatility.

The ringer updated their big board to 50players and did a mock but it's only the lottery

That's probably the best mock I've seen so far.
Sellling me on Woodard, looks strong enough to also play backup PF. Lanky PJ Tucker?

I'm not sure what his intentions are, but Kessler Edwards should be on the NBA radar.

I believe he is returning to Pepperdine next season, but he is definitely an interesting player. Shoots weirdly, but he makes a ton of shots and has good size and athleticism.

I think he'd be a 1st round pick in this years' draft, but it makes sense for him to return for a year or even two. If he develops properly I can see him being a lottery pick or even top-10 in 2021 or 2022.

Re: Raps 2020 Picks (Prospect Watch, Update: Vecenie Mock Released)
This year there are a few Bigs that I think mock in our range that I have zeroed in on because I think they have high motors, good IQ and I think are obvious long-term guys in the NBA.
Isaiah Stewart
+length
+rebounding
+physicality
+shot-blocking
Scouting vid:
Toronto would want him because he adds a strong screener and rebounder that is missing off the bench. Catch would be that our bench struggled to score last year and this guy is not a dynamic post option. I think he is a lot like Montrezl Harrell coming from college.
Xavier Tillman
+defense IQ
+passing
+pick and pop game
Scouting Vid:
Can work a role a bit similar to Marc Gasol: playmaking, outside shooting, and strong team defense. A bit too small for C, but could be passable in a bench role.
Jalen Smith
+Rebounding
+shotblocking
Scouting vid:
Is he the next Serge Ibaka? You can see some of the attributes of Serge, with less of the inside scoring.
Despite the others shooting it better and looking more like modern NBA bigs, I lean towards Toronto zagging while other zig and they draft Isaiah Stewart. He is just turning 19, is built like a tank, and replicates nothing on Toronto's roster. He just seems like the boring, high character worker that Toronto loves.

I am not sure he will be a first round. I did not see his ball handling and passing from the highlight, so I think there maybe he can show some of those. He is playing PF, and I have not seen his face up game, which is something I would look at as well. May have to watch the game to see his defense as well. At this point, maybe he can show more of his skill to be even consider as a 1st round pick.

Isaiah Stewart: His ft% on high volume and young age makes me wonder if he could learn to make his open jumpers consistently. I had overlooked him but he looks nice. I'll take a deeper look.
edit: Looks like he would be a project but I definitely like what I see. He's got a motor, very tough, plays bigger than his height, rebounds well, blocks well, long wingspan, young. His touch looks good and his ft% is good.
You're definitely right about the zagging. He is the opposite of what the trendy NBA center is (3 point shooting, quick feet). His build reminds me of Antonio Davis.

Guys I'd like to see drop would be Theo Maledon, Patrick Williams, Jaden McDaniels. I think the Raptors development team would do a great job with any of them.
I'm surprised how low Grant Riller is.

He is definitely a throwback C like Davis. I live the toughness. I think Montrezl Harrell is the guy he reminds me of from present day.
At 18, Stewart is pretty far ahead on the role player development as an energy big. In a couple years I can see him adding better passing and stretching out his game. He is one to watch.

Ya he's one of my favourite bigs I've seen in our range. I think the key is that he is one of the few guys I am confident that can be a 5 (physically).
Reed is clearly a 4. Smith has questions about his toughness, strength at the 5. Tillman is shorter and shorter wingspan.

Take it from someone who watched every game that Isaiah Stewart played last season he can already hit the mid range jumper whether contested or open with consistency from the baseline and around the free throw line area. The UW had him mostly posting up down low on the box but later in the season they started playing him more at the PF position where he displayed his ability to consistently make 12-15 foot jumpers.
He is far from a project he is a very solid prospect that should contribute in his first season. Think of him as a bigger Montrezl Harrell type of player with a better jump shot. Just like Montrezl he brings an abundance of energy and unlimited hustle to go along with the rest of his skill package.
Now, he does need to work on his 3 point range but he is more than capable of improving his 3 point shooting especially once he can focus on basketball 100% of the time with no classes/class work to concern himself with. Also, he is a gym rat not a club hopper so with putting in the gym work he most likely will improve in all areas of his game as he continues to mature as a basketball player.
Spoiler:
Spoiler:
To top it off in my mind after watching the both of them play in the Pac-12 this past season he is a better player than USC's Onyeka Okongwu who is in many basketball analysts top ten in their mock drafts. Also, His body is more like former NBA rebounding machine Michael Cage who he resembles a lot on the basketball court.

Yea I like Woodard too. He's a not a high tier pick and probably more of a early 2nd but he's nice 3&d guy kinda like OG especially with the handles lol not as good a defender but a better shooter with a bit more offense.

Yeah, Stewart doesn't get talked about much but he's exactly the kind of stealthy late round steal Masai could target yet again. He's not sexy but analytically he just produces, and produces big, especially for his age group.
17pts 9rebs 2.1blks 57fg% 77.4ft%
He's also very long compared to his height, and is a hustle and hard work type of player. Sounds like a former late first round pick of ours.
Obviously, he has a different build and skill set from Pascal, but the numbers, length, a hustle all stand out. Stewart also has a pretty nice looking stroke, and I believe he can easily extend his range to three.
A bruising rebounder, who blocks shots, and hits threes would be very valuable. I'm not sure how he defends in space on switches though. If he looks good or if he's teachable that would make him a great pick. Right now we know Tillman is an elite team defender, but Stewart's tools and stats for his age are pretty attractive.

I still like Malachi Flynn at 28. 2-way player, can shoot and run offence, good d. Yes he is slightly undersize at 6-1, but his BBIQ can overcome that. I know you would argue we already have FVV and Kyle, and maybe in even TDII. But by then we can flip them for different needs, who knows if they walk or injured?

Not really a fan of a Stewart, at least not at 58.
Undersized Center (about the Size of Body Portis), bad vertical athlete, nothing special movement-wise, not particularly smart or skilled.
I do like the jumper I think he will probably shoot and seems to have a great personality, but don't really buy him doing much at an NBA level. Wouldn't draft him in the first imo.

Isaiah Stewart had a 3.8 gpa at the University of Washington...he's smart plus has a high basketball IQ. Not to mention that he is a certified first round 2020 NBA draft pick. Isaiah Stewart was a top 5 national recruit coming out of HS if he had went to Duke analysts would be projecting him in the top 10. Recognize game.
