Nah dude, kd kyrie and Beal would be the best trio in the league.

They'd certainly be contenders and top the East easily. LAC might still be better, but they'd be legit too. KD was the best basketball player since Jordan before he went down. He might very well come back as an efficient 30 ppg scorer joining two more. It's a crazy prospect even if you still have to contend that Kyrie is problematically inefficient.

that does make sense to not bring back everyone. I'm sure they want to get everyone to 70 games.

But it seems like a lot to have a month training camp, get all the players from every team to one location then just have those bad teams play 4 meaningless games and leave. That seems like more risk then reward.

Probably best is to have bubble teams do a play in tourny and then have the remaining go to a re-adjusted lottery.

Who's the female anchor? She's hot. Check out the little shoulder bounce she gives after she finishes her first question with "resumes." That give me tingles.

Why not just lock the lottery as is now? If you take the top 12 teams from each conference, for example, then what's stopping the Knicks from tanking as soon as they get there to ensure their lottery odds since there's little upside to making the playoffs just to get smacked by the Bucks....

Especially since they won't be bringing back all lottery teams it doesn't make much logical sense to have the bubble effect the lottery in any sort of way. It should strictly be for setting up the postseason tournament IMO.

The scenes if we somehow knockout KD-less Brooklyn in pool play though  Would make my year (as long as it doesn't effect our lottery chances obviously)
