I wish I could say "Don't give that racist pos sociopath anymore play here. We all know how mentally ill he is," but he's throwing gasoline into what is turning into an inferno. Maybe this is how it was meant to be. Maybe now is that time where we have to stand together in solidarity against these fascist and very racist police departments. Even the National Fraternal Order of Police came out against these officers. The governor of Minnesota needs to ... oh shyt vvvvvv :noway:

That’s right! He’s the POS who set these wheels in motion I have no doubt that mayor wants these cops prosecuted. I have no doubt that the U.S. Attorney in Minneapolis wants to prosecute this case. But that local DA, Freeman, was elected to that position which is “quasi-state.” (If you look it up, you’ll see what I’m talking about. They’re city employees but state funded. It’s weird and complicated and makes little sense.) Point being, the Mayor has no sway over the DA AND Barr is holding back the the U.S. Attirney from moving quickly on this case while - you guessed it- manipulates all of this mess to his political advantage.

We are aware of the social media post that erroneously identifies one of our officers as the person caught on video breaking windows in Minneapolis. We want to be perfectly clear about this: The person in the video is not our officer.

Our officer has been working hard, serving his community, keeping people and property safe, and protecting the right to peacefully assemble. It’s unfortunate that people would post and share this untrue information, adding more confusion to an already painful time in our community.

Thanks for posting this. I’m always weary about believing these type of posts that implicate people. I remember too well how the right wing used doctored photos to justify Mike Brown’s murder.
