Yeah. Looks like it.
It would be hard to get 2nd seed away from Toronto.
So, we Zero-in on Philly.
Then Toronto, then Bucks. And then one of the LA's.

Now we're talkin'.
We'd have at least a #14 pick, with a distant possibility for a higher pick.
Even if we don't make the playoffs (we are) we'd have the best record of the lottery teams which means either the pick is top 4(which means we KEEP it) or it's 14th and goes to you guys. So there is a chance we could add James Wiseman to our team..... fantastic.

I just think there are too many unknowns. Toronto could easily drop 6 of 8 games just as the Cs could drop 6 of 8. It's gonna be bizarre. These players are creatures of habit. We see it when teams play Sunday games at noon and suck and look like champs at a normal 7:30 start. And that is under normal circumstances, not during a pandemic at Disney World. I feel we are in for some real surprises. Hopefully, ours is on the positive end.

Yeah this will be all kinds of weird. Who do we think of the superstars/stars will adapt the best and thrive?
My guess is maybe Kawhi Leonard.

We already know that July 31 is the target date to begin the eight “seeding games” and that the plan is for Game 7 of the NBA Finals (if necessary) to fall on October 12. Charania’s reporting sheds some light on the gaps between those dates. Here are a few more tentative dates for the 2020 postseason, per Charania:
The target date for the NBA Finals is September 30
Shams Charania reports the tentative dates for the NBA Playoffs.
August 16-17: Play-in tournament(s)
August 18: First round of playoffs begin
September 1: Conference Semifinals begin
September 15: Conference Finals begin
September 30: NBA Finals begin

If this is not a joke, then you missed a whole lot.
COVID-19 Pandemic. Ongoing.
NBA Season interrupted for 4.5 months. Back on July 31, 2020.
Racial unrest, during a Pandemic.
Welcome Back to the World!!!
