-Get the top pick and have the Knicks get top 3 as well. Trade down to 2/3 so the Knicks can move up to draft LaMelo and get a 2022 1st rd pick (top 3 protected) from them. Draft Wiseman or Edwards with the 2nd/3rd pick

-Trade Wiggins, Wiseman (or Edwards), Minny pick, NY pick, own 2023 1st rd pick to Milwaukee for Giannis and a bad contract, say Bledsoe

-Use the TPE and our own 2021 pick to trade to Phoenix for Oubre Jr

-Use the MLE to sign a back up guard, say Dragic or maybe Teague

It's not that they cant play together. Because Draymind has player next to Looney, Bogut, Ezeli, Pachulia, etc. And there wasnt much probpem offensively.

And Simmons is an elite finisher, and great ball handler, so the ball will move as well as players will move.

Its not a perfect fit with Simmons, but he's an upgrade on Wiggins, especially defensively, rebounding wise, and passer.

You can look at it another way: he's pulling defenders inside and making them stay home instead of selling out hounding Steph & Klay, because now you have a legit interior scoring threat you can't just ignore. I think you can make a good argument that with Simmons, Steph & Klay would actually have more room to work with.
