Everybody has weaknesses that isn't the point. Lamelo Ball has Julius Randle type of weaknesses where he hurts your team a lot. Did you study the weaknesses or are you just content with knowing players have them therefore it's all good?
I do know LaMelo's weaknesses and saying he's a Julius Randle type negative player is crazy to me.
Randle is a career 1:1 assist to turnover ratio player who helps no one get his stats but himself.
LaMelo was 18 years old in a mens league with nearly a 3:1 assist to turnover ratio.
This idea that he just goes for the flashy pass is simply inaccurate.
Yes I am aware of his shooting right now. That is the biggest swing factor for me but I do think shooting is the one skillset that can ultimately be improved the most from a young prospect to later in the NBA career. So I am buying he wont be a sub 50% TS% player.
