Maybe Brand is doing Brett a favor by giving him some practice time with Ben to prep for the Olympics. Otherwise, he's of no consequence.

Should keep the defense honest.

He shouldn't be in the rotation, but you guys will like The Accountant. Terrific shooter and a sneaky good defensive rebounder for his size.

Trier isn't playoff elegibile though

Great pickup for the 76ers. He was considered one best 3pt Shooters in his time in Europe before the Mavs. Hopefully he gets some mins and could be handy playing along Ben who is the league leader in assist 3pters.

If this guy is playing meaningful minutes in the playoffs, I don't think it will matter anyway.

He does seem to have legitimate gravity so that is something. Although he doesn't bring anything else NBA level with him.

Majority of our 3s depends on role players, might as well improve our chance given the nature of the talent of the players we have under this category.

Embiid and Ben can more than compensate for what they lack on other categories like creating for others and defense.

Our FO knows basketball.

Logical addition to the end of the bench. Need shooters next to Ben. Hoping he is more willing to pull the trigger on Orlando.

Very good shooter. good defender, good BBIQ, excellent team player, great locker room guy, will go out and do exactly what is asked from him.

I've been a big fan of his for a long time (maybe Australian bias). He is a poor mans Joe Ingles, and I mean that as a compliment. The one thing he lacks is confidence in his game. I think if he had Joe's swagger he would be getting 20 minutes a game.

If he can get good minutes early, and have a few games when he gets a scoring run on he could be a good 7th/8th man on the rotation. However I know that if he has a great game and scores 20 points, Brown will most likely bench him for the next three games, so it's never going to happen.

From the limited reels I've seen, he seems adept at moving off the ball and keeping his man in chase mode. Sort of has Belinelli-like movement and size. Deceptively quick release too.

I've heard a few Mavs fans also say he's a sneaky good rebounder. If guys like Kork, Josh, Shake, & Burks are struggling to find their shots he could end up getting his number called.

Can two-way players play in the playoffs if no one in the 15-man roster is injured or tested positive?

Only way he will feature in playoffs will be player opting out, COVID or injury during the 8 games. Signing him to a 2 way deal gives the 76ers his rights next year. These 8 games could be a try out for next season as he would be a cheap bench role player.

Interesting, didn't realize we have his rights next year.

I would imagine RB takes Zhaire's spot in Orlando.
