Another bubble kinda thing is edwarfs gets hot.
Same thing 7th through 10th rotation. Is it plausible one game impact I think so. I also believe this is a young man's kinda tourney style to the ring. Brad is gifted in that realm and we have a young ass team. Kemba wants one so **** bad I can taste it. Barring say 2 covid case per team lenacy I say eastern conference Champs is legit and a punches chance at beating clippers. Ubuntu 2

Can't love this post enough. This tournament is primed for someone unexpected to get hot and have an impact in a game or two that was unexpected. I am totally here for a Tacko Fall or Carsen Edwatds coming out party.

I think this will be about who stayed in shape over the layoff and who did not. Covid19 is also a wildcard: if Giannis, Siakam or Tatum tests positive halfway through the tournament and has to be quarantined, their respective teams have little or no chance.

I'd like to see a Robert Williams coming out party. He can have a huge impact if he's finally healthy and plays as well as he's capable of playing.

Relatively easy schedule for Celtics:

Cs would have to go 6-2 to finish with the best regular season winning percentage in the Brad Stevens era, if you care about that sort of thing. Current best is 2017-18 when they went 55-27 (.671).

Sweetheart schedule for the Celtics. 3 games is a lot of ground to make up to catch Toronto but a schedule like this certainly helps. Who the heck knows though as we have no idea what these teams are gonna look like after such a long layoff. At least Brown and Kemba will be healthy

I still can't believe we'll have Parl game threads in August.

NBA during late summer will be so weird. I still think the Playoffs without the fan atmosphere will suck as a product, but whatever.

Let’s go get a title with an *

This restart is not going to go well at all in my opinion. I will be shocked if the NBA makes it all the way to the NBA Finals. Hope I’m wrong.

Schedule strength really doesn't mean anything in these circumstances. In a normal season, the April games rarely go to the better team because they are mailing it in, and the October games frequently are unpredictable because the good teams haven't always found their footing yet after the offseason layoff. This reset has elements of both.

Our toughest game on paper is Milwaukee, but it's the first game back so either of us could be rusty. Also, the Bucks have a 6.5 game lead with an 8 game schedule. What possible motivation do they have to bring it, especially when Home Court advantage doesn't even exist?

Then you have a team like Portland that looks "easy" on paper, but they will have a fully healthy Nurkic back. They are probably tougher than their record would suggest.

Half the teams will be unmotivated. Some of the teams will be trying to manipulate the standings to get the 1st round opponent they want. Any team could possibly lose a key player to COVID at any time.

So I don't care that we have a "sweetheart schedule." It really doesn't mean anything.

Pretty decent shot Miami falls to 6th. Would be the best case scenario for us IMO. Doubt they get more than 1 win over us in a 7 game series.

Celtics are going 24-0. That's a conservative prediction.
