I'm so effin pissed and tight. Can we get a brake this year. 2020 can go F itself.

I'm just hoping that Spencer's symptoms don't worsen.

The NBA needs to cancel the season. Guys are catching it now what happens when they go into Florida? And popular to common belief among idiots on this website, this virus can and will impact player's healthwise. Athletes are screwed if their lungs are compromised.

We know Spence is a family guy with a very young kid, so this is really really not good......I hope he can fully recover.

“Over the past few months, I have been diligent about protecting myself and others from COVID-19 by following all designated protocol and quarantining,” Dinwiddie, 27, told The Athletic. “I was ready and prepared to rejoin my teammates as we were to be an early entry team in the resumed season. I flew private to return to New York, passed multiple COVID-19 tests over my first several days in New York and was able to participate in a couple practices within the first week.

“Originally, we were supposed to be one of the teams to enter into the Orlando bubble early, but training camp got switched back to New York and unfortunately I am now positive. Given that I have experienced symptoms, including fever and chest tightness, it is unclear on whether or not I’ll be able to participate in Orlando.

“Hindsight is 20/20.”

Just speaks to how much of a bad mf this virus is. It's not something you only get flaunting your disregard for public safety measures. Get well soon, Din.

Wow, for a young man in the athletic prime of his life to be sick in bed for 6 days in really unnerving . I hope he is getting the best healthcare. And I really hope he does NOT join the team in Orlando.

Spence has received another positive test. He’s out for the Bubble.

Weird that Spencer was optimistic about still going to Orlando. Dude tried to hit the bike a few days ago and got too dizzy to finish the workout. This is an elite athlete with access to the best medical staff in the league. Hope he gets better soon.

He has a competitive spirit, and wanted to go to Orlando until it became impossible. He's a confident dude in general so I'm sure that he felt that if he doesn't test positive, he would be able to catch up fast.

That's exactly what happened based on what he said on Twitter. He wanted to play.

The Nets sent him an exercise bike and some weights in the interim and he pushed himself when he should have been resting. The fact that it's been apparently 2 weeks since his positive test, and he still is positive with dizziness, I hope he will be alright. the adverse effects of this can linger for a long time.

He should just focus on his health.

No point in risking anything this season.

Spencer really is a special player, not just for a 2nd unit but for anyone. I hope he's recovering well.

He's in LA working out with KD.

I wonder if with the development of Chiozza, TJ, and LeVert’s ability to play point...if Marks is looking at the roster and thinking Dinwiddie is our best trade chip to get another wing player.

Magic are one of the few teams that need a PG. Terrance Ross is money from 3 (and mid range) and he’s decent defensively. He’s in his prime and has 3 years left on his contract ($12.5 million per year).

If we traded Dinwiddie for Ross our lineup could be:

Kyrie / LeVert / Harris / KD / DJ

TJ / Ross / Prince / Rodi / Allen

Chiozza / TLC / Claxton

Plus we would have the MLE and the Philly pick. What do you guys think?

I wouldn't be against it. We need perimeter help but I don't recall Ross being a very good defender.

There was a video a couple days ago of him and KD in a gym playing, so I think he's good.

I like Ross, loved him coming out of college and he's been nice. But he seems just basketball dumb. He's like a JR Smith without all the off the court weirdness. That's not bad, but not great either. Then again, there's only so many athletic young 3 & D wings out there who are realistically available, whether Dinwiddie is better then them or not...

Dinwiddie is miles better than Ross, and he's not a good defender. Plus, we have backup wing options galore, I'd despise that deal. Spencer stats unless it's part of a deal for that elusive 3rd superstar.
