Offers for Knox?

In not much of a surprise, sounds like he could be available.

I think OKC should offer up their 2020 2nd from Chicago, and another future pick (or possibly the Denver 2020 1st).

Knox at least has shown some scoring ability and he's young. I think OKC could at least turn him into a useful rotation player with the potential for even more.

For whatever reason? Lets start with shooting .359 from the field in his 2nd season.

I think Wolves would do #33 and Spellman or Vanderbilt or Evans.

Even with Portland needing a long term fit at SF, I wouldn't move anything of note for him. I would rather see if Gary Trent Jr can shore up that spot and he is more of a SG. But, at least he has shown an efficient offensive trait, good 3PT shooting. Knox can score if given usage that he absolutely doesn't deserve.

If I'm a tanking team I'd be willing to add him but I can't imagine giving up a top 45 pick for him. Maybe I give up a "prospect" I've already concluded can't play.

Maybe a young team with nothing to lose would offer a second for him. That’s about all I can envision.

Sacramento has capspace and more 2nds than they can roster. That might be a fit if they want to gamble.

I'd like for the Raps to take a flyer on his skillset, but like above, I'm not giving up anything of value for him. A 2nd rounder, but that's also tough with how Ujiri loves pulling flowers from garbage.

I wouldn't be mad if we offered #32 and cap space for him. I wouldn't necessarily have him super high on the list of trade targets but I don't mind taking a flyer on him like that.

I like the Kings or the Warriors:

Kings offer: #42 + 2021 Kings or Grizzlies 2nd round pick (least favorable)
Warriors offer: #51 + 2021 Denver or Minnesota 2nd round pick (least favorable) + TPE

While Ntilikina is the discard Knick I'd like to see on the Blazers I would be interested in taking a shot at Knox too. He's never going to be a star but he was actually pretty decent last season is a very different role than this season.

TPE, Simons, Hezonja and #14 for Ntilikina, Knox and the 27 would be my offer. It would have to be consummated after the draft due to the Blazers tax status.

That does sound reasonable and I think others will offer better seconds. Clearing the cap space is the key for the Knicks.

Warriors are a bad fit for Knox. We need ready depth, not projects and he needs to go to a team that can let him develop and play through mistakes.

True, we do have a plethora of future 2nds (2021 thru 2026) to add if needed as well.

I think the responses this post exemplifies why the Knicks should keep him. If he holds such little value around the league then we are better off holding onto him to see if he can turn things around.
Why rely on nuance, facts and logic when you can bludgeon the other side with mindless repetition of "Duuur McDaniel's has potential :tooth and still be treated as if you were reasonable.

I look at it as culturally, he could benefit given what they Warriors have built. I guess it highly depends on what they do at the draft but I ranked the Kings ahead of the Warriors in terms of best fit.
