Two-Way Contracts = Waters - Fall

If I have this Quagmire right, then our Two-Ways can play in the 8 Games to finish the NBA Season.
But, they cannot play in the NBA Playoffs.

I would rather have Waters and Fall playing, than Green and Edwards. Edwards is useless actually. Even Trier would have been miles better.
